U. A.18Nov16 I am a big fan of HERA House. It is a nice property with a near perfect location that supports the business of New Zealand's Heavy Engineering Research Association. We moved our business into the top floor (Level 2) in 1989 two years after the 1987 Black October global stock market crash. We were here for ten years until we outgrew HERA and shifted to our own branded building in Amersham Way, Manukau. HERA has safe off street parking, plenty of it (now fenced) and a 100 seat auditorium plus two storey lobby. Really very nice!
