h.Deserves a full complement this one. Despite being very busy today staff were very kind and had an eye on everything from the slides to the trampoline. They have added some sections from the last time that I was there. The cafe was looking very good for a private function or a coffee with a friend while kids are happy and having fun.
A.Awesome place for the kids to burn off some energy! Something for all ages. Great helpful staff and they’re actively supervising the play areas which is good to see. I grabbed a coffee from the cafe and it was surprisingly good, the cafe is actually lovely and a nice place for parents to catch up. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Y.I give the playground itself 5 stars however the cafe is 3 stars. Mainly because this playground even able to unlock my inner child!!! I love to play inside this playground however the cafe itself is normal in my opinion. The menu is ok and have a wide range of options, but we have to wait for a while for the food.
C.At last got the chance to come to HIPPO Playground which my friends have been raving about. Very nice cafe, the tea that they are using is Zealong Tea. I ordered Earl Grey Swiss roll slice, taste good. It is still school holiday, hence super crowded!
S.We celebrated our son's 5th birthday at Hippo Playground in Botany. We made the booking almost a month ahead and lucky we did as the time slots were filling up fast. They have several rooms you can book and all of them face the playground so you can keep an eye out on the kids from Level 2. Rooms differ in size and decorations and we picked one that could accommodate 20 plus people (adults and kids).
On the day there was a slight delay in gaining access to the party room as they needed some time to clean up from the previous party. One of the reasons we picked Hippo is because it is very clean and tidy. You can tell they really look after the place. Hippo gave us several choices for food (pizza, burger or nuggets) and we went with pizza. The quantity of food they provided far exceeded what the little ones could eat. If we can make one recommendation, it would be to ask the clients how much food they'd want. Most of the food was left uneaten unfortunately. We brought in our own cake and also ordered drinks from the downstairs cafe for the adults. Having access to the cafe was fantastic as the adults could wonder over there while the kids played inside the secure playground. it's a really well thought out arrangement.
We had the party room for 1 hour and that went quite fast. Luckily for us, there wasn't another party afterwards so got to stay in for a bit longer while the kids played downstairs. Playground itself received glowing reviews from the kids (ie: they didn't want to leave). It's again very clean (and new) and they have staff supervising inside. It's perfect for younger kids, great alternative to trampoline parks like Jump. There are lot more things for the younger kids to do and the playground spans over several level and they could spend hours in there without wanting to come out.
The day went really well and everyone that attended had a really good time. From making the booking to the festivities of the day, the staff were pleasant and friendly to deal with. They were helpful and accommodated our requests. And the best thing of all, we didn't need to clean up after hosting 20 odd people. Thank you Hippo!! :-)
A.Great playground, clean & well kept but $60 to get in for a 2 year old & 11 year old with 2 x $3 pairs of socks as they have increased prices for the red light covid status??!! First time I've struck this and was stunned at how much we were charged. Not sure I'll be back. Lunch for 4 of us cost $99 and $60 to get in.
R.What impressed me the most is how clean this place is. Bathrooms and playground are immaculate. Staff work hard all the time to keep place tidy. It's great to have the Cafe next door that serves very good coffee and food. Will be returning for sure.
A.The hippo 🦛 cafe and playground is wonderful place to hangout for small kids and families. Kids have lot of fun activities, jump and rock climbing for 7 and older kids. The playground has entry tickets for kids but parents are free. It is next to Hippo Cafe which is equally beautiful set up and serve nice snacks and drinks.
Great place to hangout for bigger group with kids.

L.Busiest kids indoor playground we've ever been to. Perhaps it need to double in size to accommodate all the patrons. Cafe side is very quiet and neatly designed. Could do with more staff to ensure any falls could be attended to immediately with a cold pack.

H.Amazing! Our 5 year old held his birthday party here yesterday and everyone had a fantastic time. The kids were amazed at the playground and loved their tasty pizza, chips & ice cream and the goody Bag contents were a hit. The adults were very impressed at the cleanliness of the venue and the ease of the party room with no set up and no clean up involved. Highly recommend!

S.Great place for the kids. My children had so much fun and I had a good relaxing time. The cafe is very high standard. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. Just one thing I noticed was that some children were playing with the salt and pepper containers placed on the table. While the adults were so busy talking to each other, the children were licking the salt and pepper from the containers. I let the parents know that and they stopped them. Hopefully they mentioned the staff so that they could clean the containers. Due to the purpose of this place, there are lots of children customers in the cafe and they will want to explore everything they see. Thought you might want to review your current table setting, if the salt and pepper containers can be removed from the tables. Just thought about that. But I do highly recommend this playground and cafe, and we will definitely return for play.
F.It's a lovely place. The facilities are top and there is a lot for the kids to do. The coffee shop is more a restaurant as it has tons of seating and a great menu. The only thing is the prices are ridiculous. It's expensive. A lot of parents walk in with packed snacks and drinks because of this. If you're not worried about price and want to visit a great playground then Hippo is for you.
S.Lovely cafe with an indoor playground for the kids to let loose. Possibly not quite suited for our 2-year old, as it was super packed with much older kids. Under-5 area was nice and quiet for the wee ones, though it was a bit small. Lunch time was probably be THE busiest hour, could hardly move in the playground without bumping into someone. Nice little parents room in the playground for parenting business! Also, props to the amazing staff for keeping the wee patrons safe and sound & ensuring parents adhere to the playground rules. Would come back again to try the cafe next time!
G.The place is new and beautiful. The staff are very kind and attentive. Our birthday party was a success, kids can stay at the playground for as long as they want meanwhile parents get to enjoy nice food and coffee.

J.$65 for a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids aged 4, 3 & 3). We can easily spend 2-3 hours here, longer if you have lunch or snack breaks. Everything from trampolines, climbing walls, giant ball pit with an interactive game on the wall, slides etc. Adults aren't allowed on the playground unless you're supervising the little ones. Plenty of lockers for valuables which are free to use and cubbies for shoes.
The cafe is really nice with a good range of cabinet or menu food and hot drinks. I had a savoury muffin (sooo good!!), soy mocha and a slice of oreo cake. Overall the place is clean and well staffed. The only thing I would say is the floor is very slippery so make sure socks have grippy bits on the soles. Kids socks can be purchased for about $3 a pair.
A.First time here and what an awesome place. Not as big as bounce or chipmunks but definitely more fun activities. Better viewing area for parents. No doubt we will be going back here. Only thing I would say is, it caters for maybe 3 plus better by then it does for toddlers.

K.I have my little girl's party at Hippo, kids love it so much. It was fun place, big party room and well decorated and presented. But the party foods we have were not pleasant, the pizzas were so overcooked, like eating sandpaper. The salad really need some salt, it was tasteless. The money I paid did not match the quantity and quality of the food we had, food were far overpriced. I should have order individual dishes not the party platters
J.I mean the price to get in a tiny bit steep but I would Probly pay it again my kids had fun, my issue was with the pakeha girl sorry only way to describe her the rest were Asian but her attitude was horrible she was Rough with my kid when putting the harnis on her for the claw game like lady your in the wrong job working with kids & I seen her getting frustrated with other people’s kids the owners really need to keep An eye on her.
Other wise the coffee was amazing the staff in the cafe were great! Cookies were delish just that one girl who made our visit unpleasant
Also the claw game it needs to state that you have to wear those big Mickey Mouse gloves my daughter was caught of guard when she was told to put them on I thought they were apart of the prizes and when I told the girl about it she just gave me an ugly look so I went and told the other girl at the counter and she was way more understanding about it.
A.So much fun for the kids. The concept of them scanning in and out was a great idea. The claw machine I thought was a little pricey for only soft toys and chips but they kids still had a blast. Nice and tidy as well
D.Was looking to book one of your party rooms for my sons birthday, but the food prices are extremely overpriced. $300 for pizza for 8 kids. Please re look into your food price packages and you may receive more bookings.

楼下给1星的你是怎么做5级向导的，你都没去过的地方仅凭网上看到的吐槽然后都没看后面的反转就评价我也是醉了。这家的声明也没看出有偏袒哪一方，小红书上的讨论蛮多的，你多读读哈~我是觉得这事主要责任是4岁孩子母亲做的不到位。其他的咱也不评论。反正我们每次来玩还是没问题的，有时候小孩子之间碰到或者撞到也是很快和对方沟通就没问题，我觉得让孩子们去处理挺好的，就和他们去学校一样。
本来不想评论的，但是看楼下这姐姐这么说有点抱不平，给四星因为有时上吃的不够快。
