M.Thank you so much for letting me use your dehumidifier (no charge!) after some misunderstandings with address mix-ups, and also dropping off and offering to pick up on a day you when there aren’t pick ups or deliveries. You have been more than helpful and I will definitely use your services again! Friendly and kind staff.
I.The guys @ Wairau Road branch went above and beyond to help me with the equipment I hired. When the machine stopped working they found another one for me and only charged me for half a day that I was initially hiring it for. The fuel and maintenance (the machine stopped working because I've handled it wrong) fee was also fair. All my questions were answered with great positive attitude and in detail.

C.Excellent service from these helpful and friendly guys. Had a slight difficulty with one of their hire items today and they went out of their way to sort it out - you might say 'that's their job' but they did go above and beyond and I was grateful and impressed.

C.Most of the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. I'm a little concerned that delivery vehicle is a bit underpowered causing the young man dropping off a hoist to have to drag it up a short driveway.
Please get a bigger truck Team.
