Easy booking on-line, good clear communication included reminders and giving us heads-up for collection. The groom was excellent and styled just as we asked. So impressed with our dog's groom. They took on board everything I said at drop off, and I picked up our pooch looking exactly how we wanted, and he was happy. The staff are super friendly and are very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend :)
