One of the best experiences I've ever had! I was finally up for the challenge in buying a new mattress... I've started my research in regards to different types of mattresses- if spring, memory foam or latex, different stages of the firmness of the it and then there are soooo many different prices... I got recommendations and experiences from close friends but are these the right ones for me too? Let me say honestly I was kinda lost! I went to 4 different places as I planned not to buy another mattress for a couple of years- so I wanted a good quality. Helen took her time,explained me the differences and let me test the different kinds without making me feeling stupid. I found quite easily my favorite 😁 the amazing price was then a nice point on top of it,so it was a non-brainer not to order! Keep on the amazing customer service you're providing Helen- you definitely made my day !!! 🙃😴

We had only ever been mattress shopping once before and I wasn't looking forward to it. It seems very overwhelming. What's the difference between a $1,000 mattress and $15,000 mattress anyway? Can a bed really be that good? Helen was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was intending on just doing research, but we ended up purchasing!
