Loads of fun and great place for the kids and the adults to have good time. Amble parking is available. Cafe in the premises for various food or refreshments. Covid rules are followed to keep the space safe. Nice are for sitting in case not participating or just waiting and watching your kids. Decent prices as well. It's recommended to be visited your kids would love it

Awesome set up with loads of different areas, 1 hour was definitely enough! The Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would be great if there were some more giant fans there as it was like a sauna and even more so when you are jumping.

Great fun. I was silly enough to accidentally book 1pm when I really meant 4pm, and was allowed to swap over my booking to 4 about 10 minutes beforehand. Really nice and help manager and staff. Definitely will come back.

A great little addition for the kids school holiday. Had a great time with the family. Really gets the body moving and bring out the inner child in us. Thanks to the team here for being so involved with us.

Good fun for the kids and some parents on Sunday afternoon. Staff need to check the floor around cafeteria area as you can get your fancy yellow socks wet from the spilled drinks. Btw, Jump Team is very friendly and hardworking. Keep it up :)

If i could give this a 4.5 I would. I faintly remember coming here for a birthday party and having a great time, other than the fact I hurt myself a little. Another time I came here with my family and we were told we needed to book??

Well organised facilities and lots of fun for the kids (even the 3yr old). The Café was nice to have, prices weren't as high as I anticipated. Only complaint is that the floors were quite unkept. Probably hard to maintain I know, but still an issue.

Who said only kids should have fun. This is a place to be for anyone if you love being a kid jumping around. They run one/two hour schedule. It could get crowded especially over the weekend. Make sure you book ahead so as not to waste your time. They have quite a few activities themed around the trampoline. The trampoline dodge ball is fun. We went there as friends and family. Did get out little busted but throughly enjoyed it.

You get one hour per session. But one hour is all you need. Great way to burn through energy for your young kids and adults alike. And there was plenty of space so even the youngest of kids can still have their own jumping area without being trampled or hurt by the older kids. We had 3 toddlers with us and they loved it here. Plenty of adult waiting area with decent coffee.

It is great place for kinds and adults, if those keen to jump. However, cafe is not good. I wish cooked food were better. We were waiting for kumara chips we ordered almost 40 mins, also they came overcooked:(

I have to give you guys a 5 star, because I went to my friends birthday party in July (a few months ago) and I really enjoyed it. I liked how bouncy the trampolines are, and that we can pick our own music, and that we get to have a small souvenir which is the official jump socks (I still have them) and I also liked the safety video, good animation and very thorough. I also liked the automatic sanitizer machine, and how the staff organizes the games of “dodge ball” and how the staff shows ya how to do a walk on a wall sideways I thought that was cool. In short, Jump is a great place to host a party and have fun. You guys did a wonderful job! Come to jump everybody!!

I took the grandies to Jump for a special treat day out. Although the experience is only for an hour, they had a great time. The instructors were awesome, showing them how to use the equipment & doing some moves for them to aspire to. I was able to buy socks at a very good price, so we were able to go on the trampolines & the food is good prices too. A well laid out place where I could sit & see them the whole time. They’ve since been back multiple times with their friends. A great healthy experience for kids of all ages

Friendly staff. Me n my husband took our daughter for a fun day on her birthday and she loved. As ut is for adults as well we also got a chance to have jump experience. Highly recommend it to have a family funday.

Loved Jump for birthday party. They sorted everything for the day and it actually felt a relaxing day instead of a hectic one. Kids were happy and we too. Our Host Liam was very friendly, courteous and great with kids. Can't thank enough to the Jump team.

Great place for kids birthday parties! An hour if bouncing to wear them out followed by a room to party in. Food was good, service was very friendly-complete with a dedicated hostess who made sure everyone was included and had a great time. Very glad these guys are still open after the lockdowns!

The kids always have a great time at JUMP. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and approachable. They take safety seriously so they don't allow the kids to get away with mucking around where they could injure themselves or someone else. Adults can join in on the fun also, or sit out and watch while enjoying refreshments and a bite to eat. The bathrooms were clean and we had no issues with the on site car park.

Great for kids (although a little expensive for what is basically an hour of jumping on a trampoline), appears to be a lot of staff around to keep an eye on everyone though, which is good. You can't take your own food in there and the cafe is pricey for somewhat average food so wouldn't recommend eating there. Overall good fun for groups of kids, mine were a bit bored after an hour when it was only 2 of them but when they went back with a group they had fun for longer. Wouldn't go over 2hrs though. Wear socks

Awesome birthday party for my 9 yo twins today. Special shout out to Matt our party host for taking care of us, made the kids feel special, and never ending smile. :) Thank you again!!!

Absolutely love it here, so much fun to be had for all ages, can't wait to come back here again and have some more fun. Excellent for fitness and having fun at the same time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, awesome seeing them join in as well.

Excellent for preschool party. I found staff polite and happy to accommodate last minute changes to the numbers. If you followed the rules which are clearly written around it is a safe and fun activity for 3/4 year olds. It’s a shame that parents have to pay to supervise on the trampolines but this is advertised so shouldn’t be a surprise. Some more festive decorations in the party rooms and music would have been nice to make it more like a party and less awkward. Food was good too. A shame there was no space for parents to sit around table too. Our party host was fantastic and attentive. Overall a good venue for a birthday party.

Great place to take the kids, too wear them out 😂 ...and learn new skills, well supervised by staff, recommend it. Parents can sit and wait, have a coffee or food.

I think us Dads had more fun than the kids, but the kids loved it! An hour is plenty of time, everyone was knackered by the end. The staff were excellent. They were all friendly and helpful, and really engaged with the kids better than anywhere else I’ve been.

The kids love this! There is good parking if you get there early. Otherwise be prepared to park on the street and walk. They have seating and a cafe for the adults if you aren't jumping. They also have wifi. I never jumped, let my boys jump for 1 hour, with water near by, and just read my kindle in a booth. It is an awesome break :)

Great place for kids when they invite their friends over. Staff organize some games to keep it interesting. Best to book ahead in particular if you are a group. The place and it's facilities are very clean. They also feature a cafe so parents can have a cup of coffee while watching how their kids are wearing themselves out. :-)

This a fab place for kids. You have to surrender yourself to the possibility of injury - but then that's better than being a couch potato!! The cafe here is fabulous - best hot chocolates and chocolate chippy biscuits ever! Young staff so a nice relaxed vibe. Book online before you come. $2 for jumping socks - you can reuse another time. Kids parties good setup with party rooms upstairs and food you can order

went with my Taekwon-do club in October. was all fun until i fractured my heel on the ninja course😅. staff handled it well but never rung me back about it. definitely recommend not letting go too soon while going down the fireman's pole.

I want there with my nephews. We had a lot of fun jumping on various tracks and playing dodge ball. While my brother could relax at the cafe. It's great fun! Both my nephews and I had good time.

Kids had a blast, tramps, foam pit, dodge all zone, ninja warrior park, plenty to keep them busy! Good for active adults too, cafe with the usual fried food and pies plus coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly, looked like they do a lot of special events, kids parties, exercise nights etc. Easy to find, fun place

Took some overseas visitors in and their kids loved it! Friendly staff and good facilities. One thing to note was a lack of general storage or shelving (for shoes and jackets rather than belongings). We did hire a locker but would've been nice to leave our shoes elsewhere.

Very good experience, first time there. Friendly staff and plenty of things to do for the kids. After the jumping session the kids receive a lunch box, but one was missing and we had to wait a few minutes to receive it. Also, the juice bottles are too small, specially considering they have been jumping for a whole hour. Just minor things, it was well organized and super fun for the kids.

Great family outing or birthday party venue. My granddaughter had her 5th birthday here and the team are so well organized, and awesome fun for kids and adults alike. Super busy. Highly recommended, book well in advance.

Lately we've been going to Jump North Shore every week (two students). We've gone on Tuesdays, and a Friday night too. On all visits, the staff are fantastic - really friendly and happy to have a chat. You can ask the supervising staff for help with tricks and they will help if it's not too busy. They have awesome skills, and are happy to share their tips. The trampolines are well maintained and everything is very clean. We tried chips from the cafe and they were tasty and pretty good value (size & cost wise). Overall, would definitely recommend!

If you aren't an elite athlete you will probably die, but at least you'll be smiling. the whole time. They aren't joking when they say that 10 minutes of jumping is like 33 minutes of running. However it is great fun, can be quite social. I've never wanted to do more than an hour, so don't plan on spending half a day here, but I would definitely recommend it. It would be cool if they did performance classes for adults too.

Had a wonderful time with my son and nephew staff was busy but handle the situations amazing would definitely recommend

Great for kids and adults alike, mainly kids! Some food and non alcoholic drink available. Has a number of kids party rooms on 1st floor.

Great for kids with lots to keep them amused if they're adventurous. Cafe is great but the seats in the cafe area are hard as rocks and very uncomfortable to sit in for an hour or more when you are just watching and having a coffee or meal.

This place is awesome, the kids love it and it's got plenty of supervisors keeping an eye on things. It's well organised, clean, good location and has a proper cafe. Have gone there for a couple of kids parties as well, and we were impressed with the separate rooms for the kids to celebrate.

Great place for kids to have a great time to get physical. However some carpet may need repair!

My 2 -11 yr olds really enjoyed it - Its an amazing workout - 1 hour seemed to be plenty too - and there were plenty of staff to keep on eye on the kids. As a parent its also nice to have comfortable place to sit and have a coffee and read - the only downside to this was it was quite grubby in the seated area - other than that a fun time for the kids and for Mum.

Love this place this kids have a great time. Just note that the cafe staff need upskilling. Every order came out wrong. One of our plates of fries ended up at the two g table and the customer started eating them. The plate then got taken back and put on our table. I told the staff that that plate had already been eaten out of by someone else. They took it back to the kitchen and the same plate came back out again with less in it again. Not good enough.

The food is expensive and not good for families who have food allergies. Also children especially were drinking from the same tap as there was only ONE and no cups to drink from. I didn't see the signs about bringing in food or drink but was so glad I did. The lady serving food coffee and ice cream was just lovely seen there was only her plus cleaning up the rubbish left on table's. She needs a gold medal but importantly she NEEDS HELP? The trampolines were well worth it and well supervised but found the prices were a bit expensive especially for a pensioners taking grandchildren out

Always a blast. I leave there laughing and red in the face (like beetroot red) from a work out I didn't even know I was having. Purchased socks the last time I went and kept them so I didn't have to get more, easy. They have cute party packages but you can also just go there as a group to enjoy jump together. I celebrated my sons 2nd birthday there today and didn't get a package but every one still had heaps of fun. Theres a little cafe there for afterwards if you are hungry.

Absolutely safe sound and secure. Staff are everywhere and seen as fully ready to assist and care for all immediately through my eyes I believe.

Took my 9yr and 4yr olds here. Pays to turn up as close to the top of the hour as you can, otherwise you have to wait. Had a coffee from the cafe which was pretty average. Place was reasonably clean, although staff could be a bit quicker cleaning away food from empty tables.

Kids have great fun here. Unless you get the extras like access to Ninja course (like parkour) an hour is about right before they get too tired and hot. Gets very busy, recommend looking at free spaces on website to determine quietest time - much more pleasant!

Awesome fun, wears the kids ( and adults haha) out easily and keeps them entertained. Could get very busy during holidays etc but we went Saturday at 3pm and it wasnt over crowded. Staff were very observant and responsible :)

So I wish that these places existed when I was growing up!!! There are heaps of activities to do, all related to jumping on a trampoline - regular jumping, basketball, Dodge ball... The list goes on. There are a few detractors though: 1. You HAVE to buy their gaudy socks, no, I don't mean that you want to, you're actually refused entry if you don't. 2. It is a condition of entry to not supply your own refreshments... and their tiny JUMP branded (Pump bottles by the look of it) bottles of water cost $4.50!

My 2 boys (8 and 5) had a great time. The ninja course for kids was great although the warped wall is a real challenge the smaller they are. We spent 2 hours there and it went really quickly. Well organised timeslots and plenty of supervision. Iced coffees were great. Free waterfountains and some hot food available as well.

Great place for teens and younger kids to burn off steam. Reasonable cafè while the adults wait (unless you want to Jump too). Fair amount of parking on site but you may have to wait for the last group to leave before a space becomes available. Booked in one or two hour sessions. Booking on the internet let's you see how busy it is. The also do a Lights Out session aimed at teens. This works well but you need to watch what's happening as lots of excited 13 to 16 year olds jumping in the dark can go very wrong - quickly.

Don't underestimate the bounce haha 10 minutes in and my friend and I were absolutely wrecked. That didn't stop us from having some knarly fun. Choose your times wisely or you may face over 50 children getting in your way. Best fun I've had in ages.!!

We had a super lovely birthday party for my son at Jump. It was truly a stress free easy party The venue was extremely accommodating, we had our own host who was very attentive and the venue was clean and entertaining.

It's okay, dodgeball is not organized well, and they force anyone to buy their own socks. I'm really annoyed about the custom socks, there's no reason to mandate that other than making some quick money, which is very annoying.

Great to go but if you go on a week day that is a teacher's only be prepared for absolutely no chance of getting a car park!!!! For the amount of tickets they can sell it doesn't equal the limited parking they have which when competing with other local businesses on street parking is not an option!

100% recommend Jump Albany, North Shore. Not only do they provide a fun, safe and incredible park, they also answered an online enquiry within a day! Absolutely wonderful customer service and truly a business that cares about its customers.

Fairly well organised. Best suited for kids age 5 -9. Younger than that they don't quite get it and can get easily scared. Older than that are over the whole thing pretty quickly.

Parking is a problem and there isn't enough parks for the people in the current session and the next one. They ask you to get there 20 mins early but don't expect to be able to park.

Kids went there for birthday party and they enjoyed. Place is good and it has a small coffee shop. You can't bring external food. The only thing I didn't like is kids have to buy JUMP's own socks even though they have their own. For the trampoline experience jumpers need to have JUMP branded socks to be allowed to enter keeping in mind that most likely you will forget to bring those socks if you're visiting on ad-hoc basis ending up buying pair of socks for $5 each time you visit.

Such an awesome experience for anyone. Has many types of trampolines and a great place to learn how to JUMP! Great fun for all, but seems to be quite popular with teens and a bit younger.
