I got my baby boy’s first haircut at Justcuts Northwest mall. Thank Michelle for amazing haircut for 11 months old boy, you’re really professional and got good technique and equipment to keep baby stay calm. My baby got so happy during and after haircut and no charge for baby first haircut. Definitely will go there again and also will recommend to friends and family.

Very lovely staff. Wanted it cut short to get rid of last of colour but hairdresser said it would be too short so suggested a compromise..... loved the result.

Eloni gave beautiful service to me today straightening my hair, fantastic stylist and lovely friendly person, thank you again xx

Great service and friendly staff. Had myself and my son have our hair cuts at the same time and they really looked after him. Will definitely be going back! Update: felt safe and well looked after under the traffic light system. Good processes in place

Took son for hair cut and he got an ok haircut. But when we first got there, they said there was a 30 minute wait so they took our number to call when it was time. We wandered the mall for a bit. After 30 mins we had not received a phone call so thought we would wander back to see. There was a hair dresser on her phone with no client. They took him straight away but wondered how long it would have been before they called. Then the assistant spent most of her time arranging her own hair.

Our goto always! I trust only a very few people with my hair, with some bad experiences I have had in the past. Sandra and her team are great and I always come out feeling great and (good) different. You can really tell that they know how to work with hair and are professional and really good at what they do. My daughter and I were meant to have a haircut prior to the lockdown and waited until we had time to go see them. truly value for money.

My son, Hubby and I have had our hair cut at Just Cuts. The staff are very friendly, polite and know what they are doing. They were patient with my little boy who is a little monkey on hot bricks and managed to give him a lovely cut without him getting too wriggly. I got my hair cut to the style I wanted and the lady did an awesome job. Thank you just cuts north west.. you guys are doing a brilliant job. Will highly recommend people both young and old to try their services.

Went and got a hair trimmed by a lovely lady named Eleni! She had the best customer service and was double checking along the way to make sure I was happy. Would 100% be back to see her!

We just took our 14 month old son in for his first haircut. He didn't like it very much (as can be expected of a small child) but the woman who cut his hair was wonderful. She did it quickly and efficiently and she tried to distract him with a balloon and a video. Thank you, we appreciate it very much!

Just want to say a big thanks to the staff there. I have an autistic non- verbal teenager , who was signing " haircut " to me today whilst getting my hair done. I explained I was taking him to the barbers later in the day as he has very course hair. Instead of making him sit in the waiting area, the other hairdresser caped him up, put product through his hair, combed it out and offered him a lolly while I was having mine done....thank you so much for being so kind and understanding

I highly recommend this place. I went there the other day to get a hair cut.(I have long brown fine hair). I didnt have to wait long before I got my cut. Eleni was was so skilled in her work, made me feel comfortable and we could talk about life. She even recommended a hair care for me and even washed my hair for free (Which I wasn't expecting). My hair felt so soft and I loved my haircut. Eleni is a wonderful person and I will definetly come back for my next haircut. :) Thank you just cuts!

I am quite particular with hair cuts and had to have my fringe trimmed. It was done well, the Indian lady, Sandra was friendly and informative about hair tips etc. The other staff seemed friendly too. The salon always looks clean and tidy.

Just Cuts North West is great. Good value, good service and Sandra is an amazing hairdresser. She has cut my hair for a few years and I'm never disappointed.
