Excellent service, very professional job and super fast! Locksmith came and installed a new deadbolt within 1 hour of contacting them. Thank you so much for the great work! 10/10 would highly recommend! :)

Awesome service. Went in to get a car key replaced and it took about 25 minutes and the customer service was great. The remote key they had was almost identical to the broken one and it works great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car key replacement.

Waited less than an hour to have my keys cut! They went to the location of my car and had already had the key cut when I got there. So friendly & so fast! 10/10 would recommend. $320 for 2 sets of keys

I highly recommend keytroncis service 24/7. I waited 3hrs on a different company 3 different person answered the phone said the same thing transfer my call to technician asking how long they will be they had no idea and said they will pass on the message and had no calls from technician and they want me to give them more details so I just hang up on them that's the service I will give you for the following up on that technician. Service you get is zero you don't deserve any rating not a 24/7 service company at all. Keytroncis only took 20mins -20mins to get to my home and only took 5 or 10mins to get the cars locked inside my car now that's what you call fast reliable and responsive professional service company I highly highly recommend KEYTRONCIS NZ LOCKSMITH hand down and at a affordable price. Thank you so much👍

Th shop location is perfect while waiting for your job done. You can spend time in countdown for buy your household stuff and have some fast food there. I always go to keytronics even its far from my home but you can easily reach there by motarway and heaps of parking there

Amazing service. Emailed in the evening about changing my car key to transponder. Received a response that evening via text with quote which was excellent and I arranged to go in the following day. Instead they offered the tech to come to me at no extra charge, he came and left within a half hour, totally accomodating of times i was available. So brilliant and easy. Thank you

Highly recommending Keytronics! They were available immediately, and had someone over to my place and sorted in time for me to only miss 1 hour of work. The locksmith they sent out had a good spice of humour, got my lock picked, and 2 spare keys cut in no time. He even gave me a go at picking my lock myself (obviously once the job was done). Great company, if you're after a locksmith these are your guys!

I was in a desperate situation to get a new key for my car. Keytronics sent a locksmith in prompt action. Customer service was excellent, their locksmith was just as amazing and professional. Within 20 mins of arriving I had a new key and was able to get to work that morning. Also their price was very good compared to many locksmith businesses I enquired with.

I called them and not long someone picked. That he will be 20 mins. He got to my car made key within 10-15 mins. It was so fast. I was tired too so that was great timing on getting the job done. Absolutely amazing! Literally rocked up at their Mt Wellington branch and was looked after. My lock on my car is fixed and I got a new remote too. To be fair I called ahead twice and made my husband call and we were both treated respectfully and professionally over the phone as I felt I was being pedantic but they put me at ease. Really good at what they do. Will definitely recommend

Lost my car keys and remote. Called dealer and told would take 2 weeks, take car to them and would take half a day. They also couldn't give me a price. Called keytronics, they gave me a price which I accepted. locksmith was there about an hours time. Took just an hour and was done. Locksmith took time to explain everything and was pleasant to deal with. Only problem I have is I have claimed via my insurance company they need an invoice. I paid via mobile eftpos and it sends out a receipt. Thank you.

Best place to go for key cutting. I have been struggling to get my key cut for my motorbike. Went to Armstrong, bunnings none helped me. Went to Keytronics and within 10 mins i had my key cut, and it is cheapest compared to all. Very friendly staff,Would recommend everyone.

So happy with the service. Customer service was excellent. He was here within 10min. It was quick and easy. Will definitely 100% recommend. Good to know for next time lol.

I lost my key and had gone to a locksmith before going to Keytronics. However, I did not use the first locksmith as they were too pricey, and keytronics were half the price of the first locksmith. One of their workers came out to my car, re-programmed and cut my key within 20 minutes. Highly recommended! Thanks for saving my life Keytronics :)

Avi was nice and courteous and took a minute to diagnose the switch on my transponder key. He advised it would take 10-15 mins to fix and was a reasonable price. I returned 10 mins later and was on my way quick smart. He also offered a good deal on a spare one! Great service- highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced from a Keytronics Manager on September 5th, 2020. I used their company as they were highly suggested by my insurance company. I am thankful that they were able to come out so quickly on a Saturday and that the locksmith was friendly when I dealt with him in person. Though when I noticed a screw was missing from my transponder, I made him aware and my experience with him QUICKLY became very distasteful (to say the least). You will see from the exchange of texts just how poorly this Keytronics Manager's customer service skills are and I highly suggest him receiving training on how to effectively communicate and deal with paying customers. To remedy this, I received a call the next day from Avi, the Owner, reaching out to see how my issue can be resolved as he was told I was not happy. He offered to come fix the issue himself, he was apologetic from the moment he arrived and even gave me a discount for future purchases to apologize. If I had dealt with Avi from the beginning, I am sure I would've given Keytronics 5 stars. Thank you for turning my bitter experience into a more positive one, Avi.

Big thanks to both Arvi's for getting our van back up in running tonight - very professional shop service as we rolled in there at 5.30pm tonight Sunday and we were given good advice resulting in Arvi coming to where we were stranded and making a new key and an hour later we were mobile again. In my recent trip I was delivered with highly efficient and brilliant service, I had my key and watch repairs done here, the customer service was great and very efficient with their work performance.

On a Sunday morning the person on the ph said someone will be there within the hour, sure enough they where.. Great service.
