Very nice and friendly staff, so caring and professional, very clean and comfortable clinic; made me very satisfied and happy to choose Laser Clinics Queen street :-) Rose (the clinic manager) is awesome! As well as other staff (Lisa, Idol,...). The result I got is unbelievable! Only after 6 therapy sessions, I got perfect results (much higher than I had expected)! Highly recommended! :-)

It was my first time to do laser hair treatment but doing it with Laser Clinic made it very comfortable, fun and educational. I would like to commend Rose especially, she was explaining to me the procedure and the after care for it and she made it sound like you are listening to your favourite science teacher. She's really good and she answered all my questions about other services precisely as well. The upper lip laser hair treatment lasted for about 10secs which literally surprised me. I will definitely come back and might also try some of the other services as well. I would give a higher rating than 5 stars if I could for this specific branch.

My daughter and I just love laser clinic Queen street. All the girls are awesome and so friendly! I was very nervous before going there, with all the doubts and fears in my mind. But having spoken to her about the whole process makes me feel more confident and less stressed. Absolutely fabulous experience at LCNZ Queen St! I was referred by a friend to see Kelly as I was interested in what treatments could be beneficial to me. After 7 days the results kicked in and I am absolutely over the moon with the results! I have been raving to all my girl friends and would highly recommend visiting this clinic. It was my first time having laser and I was nervous, after having tattoos, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Layla made me feel suuuper comfortable! Considering she was lasering 'sensitive' spots, I didn't feel awkward or anything - Layla was super professional and communicated well on what I should expect, all the after-care and treatment plans etc ! Minor skin details were included to understand skin type and provide effective and safe treatment. Already booked my next appointment in February!
