I recently had a short hypnosis session with Lorraine in an attempt to overcome some compulsive behavior of mine. I found Lorraine very genuine, helpful and professional. I had a short 40 min session and received a recording that I listen to daily. I was not expecting overnight success but have been surprised with the effectiveness after only about 10 days. I have seen significant improvement so far and feel confident if I continue with the plan I will reach the goal. I do feel that a longer session would have been much more beneficial though and if will definitely return for a longer one if I feel its needed in the future.

What an amazing woman and what an incredible experience. Having been a heavy drinker for 10+ years it was time to try and kick the habit as it was not a healthy way to live. I had tried to stop many times before but with no success. A friend recommended Lorraine so I thought I'd give it a go, and WOW! After my first session with Lorraine I had my first alcohol free night in 10 years - and it wasn't even hard! Highly recommend you get in touch with Lorraine if you need some help :-)

Last week I enjoyed a 40 minute hypnotic healing with Lorraine, what a great experience! I was amazed at what we achieved in just 40 minutes. I had the opportunity to experience a 40 minute hypnotic session with Lorraine. I went into it not knowing what to expect as it was my first. That short session itself had a major impact by unlocking an experience that was holding me back. Overall, it turned out to be a positive, safe, emotional experience and one that I won't forget. Lorraine made me very relaxed & comfortable before the session & explained how the process would work. She checked she understood what I was wanting help with & we discussed some realistic goals that could be set. The session itself was very enlightening & made me realise that what was happening to me related back to how I had felt as a small child. This meant that we could address those feelings & explain how much as a grown up my life had changed & that I could release those feelings that were holding me back from achieving my goals. When I faltered or became emotional Lorraine was experienced enough to recognise this & comfort me and help relax me so we could move forward. Lorraine was very well prepared for the session. Her recording was excellent & both calming & motivating at the same time. After the hypnosis session we had time to review what had arisen & talk about some ways of making this session really work for me. I have been listening to my recording for about 2 weeks now but even after the first session I was feeling highly motivated to achieve the goals I had set. Even though I haven’t done exactly what we spoke about I am still moving towards it & am aware of a shift in my mind & thought process & flow on benefits.
