I.Got a cut and blow dry before Christmas and have spent the whole holidays thinking I must leave a review as Ashifa was amazing! She took my completely vague suggestions (“more volume… but maybe short… and maybe bang-y”) and gave me a look that I love. She also took my low-key/broken hair dryer hair styling situation into account and made sure to give me something that fit in with my routine. I’ve had so many compliments that it’s probably not healthy - plus I had a really fun time in the chair too! Looking forward to the next one :)
Z.Cole cut my hair and he was so friendly and professional! The place had a cool atmosphere and the staff took care of me the whole time. Cole even gave me some advice for thick hair eg. How to style, products to use etc. Definitely coming back again!
A.Amazing, absolutely loved my haircut and style from Avalon, assisted by Eliza(sp?). Have found my go to now for sure! Great quality, and awesome coffee too!

M.Cole is excellent hair stylist - salon staff are friendly - efficient and it has a relaxed vibe so you can enjoy your time being pampered- only one downside and that is available parking spaces - this is an Auckland wide problem so you allow xtra time to find one - however that is not always easy but worth the trouble to have an excellent experience.
D.I have had my hair cut by Cole for over 20 years and would go to no one else. Not only do I get a great cut, I get a warm welcome and great conversation. I always look forward to my visit. It is my chill out space.
R.Just wanted to jump on here to write a positive feedback about my experience. This is the 2nd time having Cole looking after my hair. Tho it was for a colour only Cole still was just as attentive as if he was cutting and colouring my hair. I asked for quite a change / challenge this time and it took him and 2-3 colourists to achieve but he made sure every step of the process was according to plan and corrected as he went. As a result I am very happy w the change and getting compliments from colleagues and friends. Thank you to Cole, Eliza, Ansol (?spelling) and another colourist that I didn't get the name of. Merry Xmas to the M11 Team! Job well done guys!

J.I'm so thankful to have finally found a hairdresser that can work with my hair! (Jarrah) It not only looks fantastic when I leave the salon, but continues to look great weeks after. M11 goes above and beyond to keep your hair looking great in between cuts. My hair has never looked better and I wish I had found them years ago!

G.Amaaaazing.... sumptuous conditioning treatment (thanks Adelle for honing the products), luxurious scalp massage and lovely long blow dry. All the little touches were appreciated too, including great choice of beverages, olives, stylish surroundings and a friendly team.
