N.OK so I had an issue with broken/lost car keys.. The staff were so professional and welcoming, very knowledgeable without me disclosing everything (oops) that was wrong the key which they actually figured out, cut me a brand new key and also was a transponder issue that they fixed within 10mins the time frame they gave me. I no longer have to Jimmy the key or tap the annoying plastic part(which iv been doing for years, afraid it was going to be a big job and just didn't make the time) ... I now got myself a brand new key and it cost me very little.. works like new, So happy, Silly to have not got it done long ago!! Highly recommend these guys, Blown away with the Service and Work these guys put in made it look like a piece of cake 🍰
R.Was told by another company we needed to replace our alarm keypad at a cost of around $400, these guys came out within the hour & fixed it right away without needing to replace. Didn't get his name but the guy that came out was lovely, really professional & obviously really knew his stuff. Thanks guys!

A.Friendly, chilled out but professional staff who will sort out your job just as quickly as they arrive on the scene - took very little time to get from Manukau to CBD region for my client who needed a lock change. A little costly, but only because there were some unfortunate scheduling conflicts on our part; Manukau Lock and Alarm were very understanding and took an extra trip into town without further cost. Particular thanks to Allen and Ian (? sorry unsure I remember their names correctly) who were both very patient with my client who has limited English. Would definitely recommend for their professionalism and friendliness.
