D.Friendly and responsible staff. The quality of the washing machine is outstanding. A big thank to Alex who is very professional recommending this nice product, and very responsive to our question after buying.
We bought this 7kg laundry a month ago and use it almost everyday. It's reliable, easy, powerful, fast and quiet. Save time and water plus it's very affordable! Worth every penny. Strongly recommend!
H.Poor service initially but later follow up was good. I have got a Midea heat pump installed in my house and on very first day the water started coming out of it like a tap from the unit itself. Installer has cheked the unit and identified it as unit issue. Contacted the service team via email got response that we will send a technician. After 2 weeks finally got better service. Eventually technician confirmed it was installation issue.

C.Very good service, thanks Alex and Midea. My 3-year samsung refrigerator doesn't work, contacted samsung, bad service (many calls must wait for days to check) very expensive. Kiwis, Don't buy Samsung, because no one repair its products in Auckland. Alex in Midea hleped me choose the right product and arranged delivery service all through phone. Well received and took the samsung away within 30 hours.

Look and buy here. Pay here. Pickup and takeout from here. Store inwards there.
And it really was as simple as that.
Within a few minutes we had purchased and the owner trundle the Midea washing machine fully packaged easily down the wide ramp around the corner of the shop and into our waiting car. Considering this is Newmarket that's amazing and it was a Saturday.

That was a big surprise. So much so it made me research the company online only to be surprised again at how big the company is in China. Finally the second company mentioned as Co owner was Carrier a global Airconditioner brand
