Reviews of Monarch Park
W.Very cool little spot in the middle of suburbia.
Great playground for younger children.
Lots of grass as well to run around on and a nice little bush walk that if you are lucky has little dioramas set up throughout to entertain the kids.

V.Small but beautiful for local neighborhoods. Slides for all ages. Not very elaborate but enough for evening burnout for the kids.
M.Nice low key spot, great space for adventuring through a forest walk and admiring all the beautiful manu like tui and kererū that occupy it
R.Very nice park in the middle of Hillcrest suburban area.
Entry to the park is from various nearby streets.
The walkways are well maintained and clean.
Public toilet is available on the entry from the Moore Street entry.
A large play area is installed for children.
A section of the park has been curated to contain toys and a fun trail for children which makes it very interesting for them.
Highly recommended for half a day's picnic with children or a short walk on the walkways.
D.A quiet and clean park to relax, bring your kids or pets.
B.Looks like the fairies have been to Monarch Park
P.Nice little park. Has a playground plus forested area with toadstool and fairy decorations and the occasional fan tail bird flying around. Nice grass area for walking the dog and flying kites too.
W.There has 5 walkways from different streets to the children playground. Two swamps, (with bridges over it), to handle the storm water. Has both new style playground facilities and old facilities too. Some tall trees along the walkways and wildflowers along the streams.
J.Nice park for a walk with family. Play ground is fun
