I can't rate them high enough. These guys are amazing and awesome. They generally believe in providing the best for the customer. To cut a long story short, they fought for me with the appliance company directly for a replacement appliance which was under warranty. The team of Rebecca and Claire are amazing. All their service people know what they are doing. Great people to deal with and someone who sees the job to it's end. Thank you very much guys keep up the good work.

Great response from the Norwest team when our fridge just stopped working!! They did everything they could to get it fixed ASAP as a broken fridge in the middle of summer is never a good thing! These guys are amazing. Claire was incredibly helpful with the info I needed for our warranty and getting us booked in. Thanks to cyclone Dovi we had no power for two days, so had to keep changing our booking, Rebecca and the technicians fitted us in once we had power back. The tech we had was Wolf, such an awesome guy, he was outstanding, incredibly helpful and professional. Fantastic service they Repaired my Electrolux 900 wide oven as one of the fans had failed. As it turns out the plug had just come off so the fix was easy. Pleasantly surprised when only charged the hourly rate. Also did a great job on my dryer when the drive belt snapped.

I have been super impressed with the service I received from this company. I sent a private FB message on a Sunday and it was responded to really quickly and I was asked to leave a message on their answer machine, which I did. The morning they opened (Wednesday), they listened to my message and the lovely Rebecca rang and organised a time over the phone for when they could come and fix our washing machine. We were given a time frame for it to be fixed and were told all the costs involved. Warwick came and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Literally a 5 day turn around - 2 of the the days were Stat holidays and one was a Sunday! My message was listened to on the Wednesday and by Thursday at 10am it was completed!!! I am one happy customer - thanks team!

Following a horrific experience with another service provider I was referred to Norwest. From the beginning my experience was exceptional. Incredible experience: responsive, quick, efficient, communitive, friendly, using plain English for a non technical person; Mike was awesome to deal with. My fridge/freezer stopped working on the weekend, Mike was out Monday and fixed on Tuesday with a part which was sourced locally. Mike came in first thing and fixed our dishwasher in super quick time - put it all back to rights again so there was no mess for us to clean up. Arrived right on time, fixed the dishwasher immediately, friendly and polite, able to pay by eftpos on site and offered service tips for the future to avoid more faults. Michael popped in this morning to have a look at my Haier Dishwasher. What a pleasant man to deal with. He checked things over and found the fault and gave me extra advice on regular servicing that I could do to prolong the life of the appliance. Good competitive rate to get it sorted. We had a part fault on our oven, Mike was out the first business day and inspected the appliance after detecting the fault he had the part replaced and the oven was functioning as expected within 10 minutes. Great work and we really apricated the quick response and the quick turn over from arrival to fix.

Helpful friendly professional service from these guys. Reasonably priced and provide a 1 year warranty on parts and labour. My repair was completed within 20 minutes of arrival. Very hard to find quality repair for a reasonable price these days who also stand by their work. Support these guys as we need more like them.

Mike sorted out my brand new Westinghouse oven this morning after it was professionally installed but refused to heat up. Highly recommend this company. My washing machine broke down during lockdown, the worst timing ever! Struggled to get hold of someone who could at least let me know when they might be able come out post lockdown level 4. They responded and said they would be able to come today as repairs now authorised by Govt. Mike arrived early and was able to repair my machine (15 years old) so I was very happy. Very professional in explaining the fault, and repair cost reasonable. Could not fault their service!

I had tried the other AEG service companies, one took forever to get back to me, one came, couldn't work out what was wrong, and then mucked up the follow up appointment. Then I had another look on line, I didnt think Norwest would do Sandringham but they do, so I contacted them, prompt reply, promptly booked me in, service arrived when they said... knew what he was doing, was really thorough and gave me some good education on the machine, to help with operating it and keeping it working well - which I really appreciated. I called a different company to fix our Electrolux oven. They made it worse. I called Electrolux, they recommended Norwest Appliance Service. Mike came & tested the unit. Ordered the parts.
