Very helpful with information when I called for a skip to remove general rubbish from a house and garage clean up. Relayed specials at the time and service was quick despite timing of year (just prior to Xmas period). Ordered bin and it was arranged in a matter of minutes. Skip delivered as per advised and picked up promptly with no hassles. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed. Thanks Pinks Bins for making this a smooth and easy process for a novice like me.

Pink bins was a great service to use. They came in time without too much of a fuss and on short notice too. Reasonably priced for what we wanted. The drivers were friendly and accomodating. Customer service was friendly and helpful. No concerns from us. I'd totally use their service again if I needed to. Great job.

I booked a bin service pre-Christmas. Right from the first phone call which was picked up promptly the service was friendly, professional and prompt. Sorry I can't remember the name of the lady who took my call but she was helpful and even offered a reduced rate for the shorter window that I wanted the bin for (2 days instead of the standard 4 days). The bin was dropped off when they said it would be, great communication from the driver too, and it was picked up when they said it would be. No delays, no mucking around. I would strongly recommend. I would use only Pink Bins going forward and not shop around.

Great customer service and communication during a really busy period over Xmas when none of the other skip bins providers would help me, helpful driver and a really competitive price also. Highly recommend and will be using again shortly for the next load of household removal I need taken away. Thanks for making it so easy.

Pink bins have always looked after us; they always have the bin/s we require at a reasonable price. The drivers are always friendly and accommodating. I have recently moved from Manukau to Tuakau and I STILL use Pink Bins - over anyone else.

These guys are awesome! I've used them several times over the past few years and they've never done me wrong. As a firm believer in customer service, they consistently exceed my expectations. Great attitudes and professionalism from the team from first contacy to completion of the job and my driveway never suffers when they deliver and pickup the bins. In fact one of their drivers refused to put a bin on my lawn at my request out of fear for damage to the lawn. Other companies I have used just don't seem to care like Pink Bins do. Excellent hassle free service. Called and booked a 9m3 bin, give credit card, bin arrived on the scheduled day, fill the rubbish (great you could put garden waste and general waste in one bin, some company could only accommodate one kind for one bin), service charged, bin collected on the scheduled day. Such a smooth process! Highly recommended! And you could also chat online with a real person if you have any questions. I double checked the contents allowed in the bin beforehand which is very assuring. 👍👍

I would recommend Pink Bins as they are affordable & professional to deal with. Their contact less pick up & drop of was seamless. The only fault was I didn't get the full 48hr hire age as the pickup was 3 hours earlier than the drop off. However I would still use them again.

From the booking to the removal of the bin, everything was handled professionally and courteously (very impressive considering we were in level 3 lock down). On time, and informed of every step in advance. The hardest part was filling it up! Will use again and would recommend.

Very professional, got a skip sorted after one phonecall to the company. Drop off and pick up was on dates agreed and all went without any issues. Would definitely use them again if needed the use of a skip again.

Great size bin and service of delivery/pickup. The only concern is to check payment first on computer before the phone call to request payment as I had already paid beforehand. Overall good.

Pink Bins were fantastic. We had ordered a mixed bin to clean out a house and garden but had severely underestimated how much stuff we had to clear. Our first bin arrived Saturday morning at 9.00am and by 10.30 we had filled it. We had to have everything cleared by Monday as the house was being prepped for sale so we quickly called Pink Bins to see if there was any chance one of their drivers could pick up the now filled bin and drop off another that day. They said leave it with them and 10 minutes later rang back and said they had been able to organize a driver. An hour later we had a new bin and the old one had been removed. Both drivers were fantastic, friendly and very aware of their surroundings as we were down a long narrow driveway with a low hanging line across the driveway. We were so appreciative as we were under a very tight timeline. Would highly recommend.

Driver arrived on the dot and was most accommodating moving the bin in to a good position for us. Bin collected promptly as agreed. No hesitation recommending.

Its our third skip hire with Pink Bins for a house and garden clean out, they're great. The staff and delivery/ pickup drivers are always friendly and very accomodating, so we will keep using Pink Bins.

Needed urgent bin hire rung them about an hour later had a bin delivered rung 2 other places before pink bins told me could deliver in 2 days wish I had rung these guys first.

This has been the best skip hire experience we have had in Auckland. Friendly service and easy to book, prompt delivery and pick up. We hired a hardfill/mix bin and it ended up being great value. Excellent service from Pink Bins. Phoned them on Saturday 13 June 2020 to get a bin delivered to our house, and a price was given and the bin was delivered within 1.5 hours. Requested pick up of the bin on Tuesday 16 June in the afternoon, and the bin was picked up on time. Fantastic service from the office staff and the truck driver. Highly recommend using Pink Bins!

Just ordered over the weekend with this company. Found out about them via fb and contacting them was easy through messenger as they have an auto reply with all the sizes and costs. They called me as soon as they received my enquiry and booked them for my own convenience that weekend. My property is at the back of another house, so the drive way is a little tight but the driver managed to get the bin to a convenient location for me. Would definitely use these guys again and I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. :)

Craig was courteous on the phone and very helpful with recommending the right skip size for the job. Didn't seem to mind all the questions I was asking and even took the time to Google the dimensions of a brick to make sure we were getting the right skip bin. We needed bricks to be removed from the property ASAP as my child was in daycare and only had the one day where I could get the job done. What impressed me was that they were able to get the skip bin delivered on the same day at a time that was suitable to us. The skip bin was even picked very promptly the next morning. I was really having a tough week moving houses, having a sick child and everyone’s canceling on me last minute due to isolation because of the pandemic. Pink Bins on the other hand did the exact opposite. I booked last minute and they turned up on the same day. The guys are very professional and friendly.
