Great facility. Scored grabone voucher at $9 per person included shoe hire. This secured a good 1.5hrs for our group of 6 children. Really enjoyed it and staff was very helpful.

Awesome and fun experience, Deniz and Zane were really great at the counter very friendly and willing to help. Required our vaccine passes which was a clear requirement as mentioned on their website. Came in with a family booking of 10 which went smoothly. The centre was very nice and clean. Glad to see the Late night out deal is still active (buy one and get one free) Will always be my family late night destination and source of fun. Thanks guys for a great time as usual :-)

We were on lane 1 and 2 from about 1 30ish till??? I didn't take notice of the time lol We were having so much fun, the staff were great. Especially the Café staff! The presentation and the food we ordered was onnn!!! I would definitely reccommend💯 They also gave my sisters kids some strawberry milk for free and we are very grateful. Thank you very much PINS😊

We had good fun at Pins. It has a lot of lanes, a fair few arcade games, nice music, and good food. The parking is a bit of a problem, as there are two restaurants sharing the same carpark

Great place for family and group outings. They have special offer for family for 1 hour for just $28. On Friday and Saturday night they are open till late night on request. They also have food bar to grab a quick snacks.

The best pin alley. Staff enthusiastic and helpful. Organized new shoes to be purchased from supplier when shop closed.. we were greatful. Now more training together ready for national games.

So much fun! The music is really nice and poppy which is what I like and is not inappropriate. The bowling itself is so much fun and I recommend going as a family or with a loved one. They've even got arcade games, pool tables, bowling and gambling there, so everyone gets a taste of everything. I seriously enjoyed it!

Such a busy place with really helpful staff. Good selection of food and drinks including alcohol. Interesting arcade type games are a good distraction if the bowling isn't going well, and you can redeem tickets from some of the games for rewards. I hope the kids had as much fun as I did.

This is my go to for when I want to play pokies, it’s always buzzing and the shift manager Troy is amazing. He’s very professional, yet friendly and down to earth, he’s great with kids and adults alike. Enjoyed our time here. We went as a group, but as some of our group had not arrived, we were still able to play 2 games during the busiest time. School holidays. The staff were very helpful. The lady that served us, went above and beyond. Great smile, friendly and all round great customer service. The place is clean and tidy. The gaming machines for kids look like so much fun. The experience here is a fun and exciting one for first time bowlers. Our group had little ones 2 years and up. They had so much fun bowling. We will definitely come back again. Price is great too! Definitely one of the best bowling alleys in Auckland. Super busy, but glad we were able to book. Even though they were busy, it felt super well run. Staff were excellent, the lanes looked really well maintained, and we had no glitches during any of our games. Not much more you could ask for really!

We just had a birthday party here two weeks ago for our ten year old boy. The manager Sarah and her friendly staff accommodated our needs/requests despite our last minute booking (we had a booking with another bowling centre and they double booked the party room. As such we had to look for another venue couple weeks before the party). The centre is very well run - friendly staff all with smiles and willing to help, clean venue with good background music, a lot of fun arcade games (the kids absolutely loved it), good food from the kitchen, etc. The party was very successful and kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Definitely 5 out of 5!!

My partner and I love it here, we always go on Sunday and Wednesday when the games are 2 for 1 after 09:30. Quite busy at times, but is a fun date night with the loved one. But seriously need to update outdated music!

I took my family, grandchildren / great grandchild 12th Oct 2019 last night for my birthday which I had booked.The place is well run and clean. Cafe Review, We had order food from the Cafe which was outstanding so fresh from kids meals to the Food platers which we could not all eat.With 10 adults and 6-7 children plus others. The small children played plus had a ball winning little toys. I would highly recommend going here for family day out, functions or what ever. Saxon Family

Recently celebrated my daughters 9th birthday last Friday. We got a birthday deal play one game and get kids meal. We also order a couple platters of the savouries- good for adults. Food was hot and yummy. We booked the birthday room which was worth it. We had great service from a great guy who really looked after us!!!! Thank you!!! Although our lanes kept getting the Pins stuck - but it was a great night. All the kids had fun especially getting lots of game tickets to get goodies. Thank you for looking after us.

The place is lively and you have a few options for food and drinks nearby, however the lanes are not as smooth as they ought to be. If you are looking for a professional/serious bowling experience, i would not recommend it, but if you are looking for a good time, its not too bad. Check online as they do have offers on certain days and time of the day to grab the best deal.

Nice basic bowling centre. It's licenced which is great for the adults and has heaps of arcade machines, pokie machines and even a snack bar and pool tables. There is something here for everyone.

The bowling alley has been redone with new oiled lanes and ball machines. The bowling deals are excellent with 4hr bowl till you drop being the best value for money. Due to the popularity, you can expect a good crowd of people giving it a lively atmosphere.

The vibe is not as great at the xtreme entertainment place in botany. However I loved that there werent any massive screens showing explicit music videos. I loved the fact that it's not as packed. The only thing is that they should add more space and bring in awesome new games/ photo booths for the arcade. This would then be my favourite place to bowl.

I have been here a few times with my daughter and we are both useless at bowling but we always have a good laugh and making fun of each others terrible bowling techniques and bad scores. Sundays you can hire a lane for $28 for the family Otherwise I recommend the $38 per hour lane hire which covers both of us. Make sure you bring socks because you have to wear these really ugly clown shoes invented around 1920 and still used in this modern day era. There is a licensed bar, café, gambling machines, and plenty of coin operated games to play. Free parking outside.

Perfectly decent bowling experience. Sign in and shoe fittings we're super easy. Families with younger kids get placed on the lanes on the far side that haven't been upgraded in a while. Obviously this makes perfect sense but they really are in rough shape. The machines were a bit spotty on replacing pins properly and at one point it didn't read a strike and made us replay the frame. One family beside us changed lanes three times to find a lane that wasn't glitchy. The nicer lanes looked fantastic and I have to assume they don't have the same problems. Overall we had a lot of fun with the kids and I would definitely like to try the newer lanes some time.

Tonight we had the best experience bowling, we had booked online and we were a week early haha and the staff accommodated us no drama. Deniz is an amazing staff member, goes above and beyond, his customer service is exceptional, an incredible staff member. We will definitely be back mainly because of the Deniz!!! Keep him on...... The games are also an additional bonus. Thank you for a wonderful evening
