I needed two waterproof hospital pillows on very short notice. I chatted online, placed my order and picked them up two hours later.

I have placed two orders with queenb and have been happy with their teams exceptional coustomer service from time of placing order to receiveing goods. I highly recommend their products as they are amazing quality and are genuine from the source . My Seneca Egyptian sheets are the best sheets I have ever bought. If you want to buy exceptional high end quality products you are spoilt for choice with the wide range queenb offer's not to mention great prices to which is hard to find anywhere else.

Have purchased from QueenB on two occasions and have been extremely happy both times. Website is relatively easy to navigate, along with checkout process. First order was received within a week of ordering. Second order was received within 24hours of ordering!!! Very impressed. Products have always been as described, if not better. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again from QueenB. Thanks to the team for the stellar effort!!

What an amazing business to buy good quality pillows, sheets and Duvet Covers, they have wonderful and lovely Products to purchase from their website and have excellent customer services, and their Dispatch team has done a marvelous job getting my Order shipped to me on the same day as I purchased an order on their website. I'm really amaze and definitely Impressed at how officiant they are in regards with processing my order. I'm glad their's a beautiful company called Queen b exists on this planet I will be buying from them again.

AS AT 26.12.19 I WOULD LIKE TO AMEND THIS REVIEW TO ADD AN ELEMENT OF FAIRNESS. ONCE THIS REVIEW WAS LODGED THE COMPANY MADE IMMEDIATE CONTACT& WAS SURE THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED MY EMAILS. MY EMAILS DID NOT BOUNCE BACK & THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT. I INCLUDED HARD COPIES OF MY EMAILS IN THE RETURNED PRODUCT. I WISH TO ALLOW LEEWAY FOR THIS AS THEIR CONCERN WAS GENUINE AND MY REFUND IMMEDIATE.I BELIEVE THEM. THE ULTIMATE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. Disappointing service and poor quality product. . I ordered a bathroom mat $62.90 under the impression that I would be supplied a quality product. It arrived in a decrepid box that was far too big and not the original packaging. I washed and dried the mat according to instructions as recommended. It dried offshape ie 2 sides were not parallel. 2 Tufts, one in a clump appeared approx 3cm higher than the rest of the mat and after 5 days of laying flat the fold lines of where the mat had been folded when posted to me had not flattened out and were still visible underneath on the rubber and on top. It still did not sit flat. I chose this company as I believed the reviews. I emailed them Tues 10th, Wed 12, Thur 13 and Friday 13 with details and photos. I have posted the mat back and this cost me an additional $27.40 a cost of which I have to bear. Under the CGA they have must meet their obligation to supply the product advertised and fit for purpose. They are very quick to respond when a purchase is made but have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge any of my emails.I have been generous in the time I have allowed. I hope now that they at least meet their obligations to refund my money .

I've brought a number of items from Queen B and every time my expectations have been exceeded! Whether it be a wedding present (gorgeous mohair rug) for our UK friends (wrapped and delievered all care of Queen B!) to great quality matress protectors and pillows for the kids, to very funky, on trend duvets...it is all fantastic stuff! But most importantly the product is really great quality and the team is so easy and friendly to deal with. Thanks team, you're awesome!

I've finally found somewhere to make sheets for my custom-sized bed :) Service was impeccable, and when it arrived I was impressed by the quality of the material, it felt lovely and smooth (and workmanship). Satisfied customer and I'm back to order more.

I was looking to replace a winter nightie and sourced out on the internet where to buy another one the same. I came across Queenb web site, telephoned their place and spoke to an excellent guy called Peter. I then visited their store and purchased two nighties. Peter is an asset to the firm.

Love the outlet store so many great buys! Make it a regular trip there is always new product when I visit! Make sure you pop into the showroom too so many gorgeous things!!!!

This is a fantastic place for buying bed linen, home Decor products, Kitchen products and much much more. The quality is commercial grade and the prices are fantastic.This place is well worth the trip or you can buy on line.

I cant recommend Krystle and her team enough, she was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure I got exactly the right look for my room, I haven't come across customer service and professionalism like this for a long time, 5 star
