Had my GHD wonderland recently repaired. It was given to me as a birthday present about 4 years ago but unfortunately stopped working during that time. Travelled across from S.A with it with the hopes of having it repaired. After sitting in my cupboard for a long while I decided to go on the hunt for someone professional, affordable and trustworthy. RNR Repairs repaired my beloved GHD same day and had it sent back with a complimentary heat protector pouch. Amazing service, thank you very much for everything!!

I have had my broken GHD sitting in the bottom of my wardrobe for years. In a recent conversation with a friend I decided get it repaired. The whole process was easy from start to finish and I was STOKED. It took 3 days including the day I sent it to having it back, the cost was minimal which was a total bonus and despite having sent it in a hard protective case it was sent back with a sweet as RNR heat protective mat. Thanks so much Ross!! Your time and expertise is much appreciated. I will pass your name onto anyone else who has a GHD or Cloud9 that needs repair. Thank you again.

RHR's moto is spot on. "Why replace it when you can repair?". Having spent a bit of time trying to source a replacement power cord for my wife's 20 year old GHD MS straighteners, I'd almost given up! Then I managed to find one at RNR for $20 (including postage) which I thought was excellent considering new GHD straightness are a minimum of $200. The replacement power cord was dispatched very quickly and arrived by courier within a few days. Great packaged too. Took me five minutes to swap out the old power cord and repair the straighteners. The wife is stoked. Happy wife, happy life!

RNR Repairs are efficient, professional and amazing for cloud9 and GHD repairs. Received my straighteners repaired within a day and in an awesome heat proof pad with the company name on. I was unable to find a service to fix my ghds in my area, but contacted Ross and sent them up. They were done and back in the post to me within days! Couldn't be happier, maybe I will get another 6 or 7 years use out of them. Bonus, they arrived in a neat heat resistant mat! Thanks again, highly recommend you Ross!

These guys are amazing! They've repaired my cloud 9's twice. The first time was a fuse a couple of years ago and they were perfect until our new puppy got hold of them. Safe to say I thought they were beyond repair - truly chewed to bits but Ross repaired them and they look brand new!! Amazing value and super quick return too. Definitely recommend.

My hair straightener broke and I really didn’t fancy spending $400 on a new pair, I did some Googling and came across these guys with loads of great reviews so thought I would give it a go. Filled in the online form, paid on Sunday, couriered my straightener Monday morning and I had them back Wednesday afternoon. They even came back in a nice little heat bag. Highly recommend Ross to fix your broken GHD's. My 8 year old GHD stopped working and we ordered parts to see if we could fix ourselves. We couldn't, but then sent them to Ross who had them working again in no time. Fast, professional service, and they are even sent back all cleaned with a heat proof case. AMAZING! Would recommend 100%! Sent my straighteners off on Tuesday afternoon and they arrived fixed on Thursday morning! Such good and speedy service - also Ross lets you know what needs to be fixed and is great at replying to emails. Nice and cheap for the great service you get.

Ross was so quick to respond my queries which was great and the website also has the answer to most questions. I sent my GHD to be repaired on Wednesday the 18th of September, it's now Friday the 20th and I have my GHD back, working perfectly and in a lovely new heat protective case which was a wonderful and surprise bonus. I am in Auckland which probably helped with the postal times but also Ross clearly works quickly and efficiently for this turnaround time. Delighted my GHD was fixable! Thanks again Ross!

Very thankful for the great service, would definitely recommend. Originally bought my cloud 9 from UK, it stopped working pretty quickly and so i sent over the straightener from Australia where i live and I was stocked to just receive it back with a new plug so I didnt need an adapter anymore and working as good as new, they even throw in their own case free and after the $75 there were no extra fees for replacing parts they also tell you what was wrong and what they did. Thank you!

Wonderful experience with the service from RNR-Repair. You do not get service as great as this from Businesses these days. The process was simple and quick. Ross repaired the straighteners the same day and sent them back, they were cleaned and in a nice heat proof cover, carefully packaged, and I got email updates telling me where everything was at. Quick, fast and easy! Ross fixed my straighteners, changed the plug to be NZ instead of UK and even sent them back in a heat proof bag and he ships them back free of charge! You really can't ask for more.

My 6 year old GHDs were not heating up so I bought RNR Repair's $75 service pack online, dropped my GHDs on the courier on Thursday and had them back and repaired by 9am the following morning. Great turnaround and effortless process. Would definitely use RNR Repair again if my GHDs have an issue in the future.

I just got off the phone with Ross, I was hoping he could repair my kiyoseki which i have had for nearly 10 yrs but that was a no. Ross was so helpful though, gave me a lot of info of what to look for if buying frm UK, Amazon etc. He mentioned a cloud 9 which I hadn't heard off but might be my new hair straightener now. Hands down terrific service, communication and turn around time. My GHD was repaired and shipped out same day, and even came back enclosed in a RNR case which i can keep using will keep my GHD safe and cord straight. We all know we don't want to be without our GHD for too long. Thanks RNR NZ:-)

Absolutely fantastic service from Ross, my GHDS had one plate that was no longer heating up. Sent them Tuesday I paid that night and received them back Thursday working perfect again, all in a cool little carry pouch and a note on what was replaced.

As everyone else's experience has been, thus was the best appliance repair experience ever. Super fast return of my Ghds, plus they were fully repaired (even though they're at least 10 years old), cleaned and returned in a great travel case that will solve the problem of having to wait for Ghds to cool down before you can pack them!
