A great addition to the car and perfect protection for my high usage boot. It means I have no worries throwing anything in the boot whether it be wet, sandy towels and chilly bins on beach days, gym gear and weights, or groceries. 10/10 product for a great price. And arrived super fast. Would buy again for any future cars.

Ordered a set of mats but didn't get an additional request I said right (aesthetic only, the mats fit perfectly). Got in touch and a new set of mats were delivered within days, no trouble at all. Staff were also kind and understanding in all communication. In all, an excellent experience.

I bought a front mat for my vehicle , Quality and style was amazing , delivery was superb and quick. But the mat is different . Update - Rubbertree went out of their way to help. Very happy with the outcome . Would definitely use again :)

I wanted a rubber boot mat for my SUV, the one from the dealer were seriously over priced and had a weird shape. Found RubberTree, placed an order. Got contacted by the team there as they had a new material they wanted to suggest, they even posted me samples, made selected the new material very easy. Boot mat turned up yesterday and it is brilliant, perfect fit, looks great in the vehicle. The honeycomb design will be great to trap any spills, dirt or rubbish. Very pleased, highly recommended.

Ordered the full set of mats and boot liner for our Audi Q7 a few months ago, product turned up quickly and was a fantastic fit. We live rurally so dirt and dust is a big problem with our cars but the new honeycomb mats do a great job of keeping the interior clean. Every now and then we just lift the mats out, give them a good shake and a hose-down, then put them back in, good as new. They can definitely take the abuse. Will be buying more for our other cars soon.

Ordered floormats for my Mitsi Outlander during current lockdown. Prompt reply told me there may be delay coz of Covid. Cool - expected. Couple of days later received email stating order had been dispatched. It arrived next day (rural) - fantastic! And they fit like the proverbial glove! Great quality, great service, great fit! Brilliant! Highly recommend.

Was looking around for car mats for my Mazda 3 2018, but I didn't want to pay the dealer stupid amounts of money for it. Order took about 5 working days to complete (I believe they are made to order) and just 2 days for it to reach my doorstep. High quality rubber and it fits perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. Great company, friendly staff going the extra mile. Stopped by at their site in Auckland to get a pattern taken for a Lexus boot mat as they didn't have it in their database yet. The mat got produced and shipped within a week. Quality and fit are great and prices reasonable considering it's a customised product.

We ordered online from this store and our item arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately we didn't realise our car was a crossover model and the item wasn't a perfect fit. The team contacted us immediately resent the correct sized item and a return courier sticker. Exceptional communication, great service and very Professional

Purchased car mats for my Passat (2006) and they arrived with incorrect attachment clips. They asked me to send them back to correct the mistake and a couple of days I received them with the correct ones. Excellent service. Thank you very much. Happy first time customer. Ordered a full set of mats and a bootliner for my Nissan X-Trail. They arrived within the week and they are of a really good quality and they fit perfectly. Don't bother buying standard ones in a shop, for these prices it's so worth having custom made mats. And your supporting a NZ company. Nice job guys.

Update 28 Jan 2021 The RubberTree team have remedied the issue with the car seat covers below. Waiting on correct rubber bootliner. A month on from receiving incorrectly fitting car seat covers and boot liner, multiple photos of car seats requested by them & sent by me, money spent on phone calls/ them not answering calls on either their mobile phone or 0800 number on their first day back for 2021 and well over 2 hours of my time I am no closer to receiving any products. I am really upset and frustrated at the erratic customer service I’ve experienced and am still $800 out of pocket. The last correspondence from them indicated there were no current models of my car in showrooms for them to take measurements on, but still offered no suggestion that perhaps if I drive up there from Tauranga on a scheduled day to have measurements taken then a solution could be progressed. Dog cannot travel in car until I have car seat covers. Not happy with having to constantly leave family member at home. Not happy with Rubbertree. How about some consistent customer service with solutions please?

The product is very good and the service is second to none. The mats delivered were excellent quality but had slightly different safety fasteners to that in my specific model of car. When I communicated the concern, they promptly rectified the issue at their cost. Given my sample mats they remade the mats with the alternate fasteners. Very impressed all round. Definitely recommend for replacement car mats!!

After working my way through their use-friendly and engaging website, I ordered some pretty nifty looking rubber mats for my swift little suzuki. They showed up a day earlier than expected and they fit like a rubber glove! Very pleased with my purchase, and the experience. We ordered new mats for our Avensis (Australian) and a set were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the mats were incorrect for our car. RubberTree asked me to trace the mat shape from our old mats, and they made a new set based on these for no additional cost. They fit the car perfectly. Excellent online experience backed up with one-to-one contact. Produced custom driver's mat that fitted perfectly together with stock mats for Audi A4 B6. IMHO superior to factory originals. Boot liner is terrific. Will use again.

The seat covers fitted perfectly compared to cheaper warehouse type seat covers. I had made a mistake when ordering but this was rectified with out extra charge. Have ordered another set of 8 oz covers for the leaf. Well worthwhile the extra cost

Was looking for a boot liner for my 2002 Camry S/W, and rung Toyota in Henderson. They had nothing , but the service manager suggested , I got in touch with Rubber Tree in Avondale . The next day, they had seen my car & taken a boot pattern . The liner turned up by courier about 5 days later , and is a perfect fit,.....A wonderful product, and great company to deal with.. Great guys to deal with. I ordered a liner for a 2014 Rexton which turned out to be different from the 'standard' dimensions. After discovering this I was sent pattern material to get the exact size and had a perfectly fitting 'custom' liner made as a replacement. Jamie couldn't have been more helpful throughout. Thoroughly recommend both the product and Rubbertree to deal with.

Tried many custom fit carmat companies in Australia to get replacement (front only) car mats for my 2011 Honda City without sucess.:( Then I came across RubberTree In New Zealand. Emails were sent and the product was made in my requested material and colour. Also were happy to do ONLY the front mats( back mats NEVER wear out!) They were posted to me in Oz promptly .
