I had an excellent experience for my storage needs in moving house recently with Westgate Safe Store. The team were very helpful from the very beginning and the locker I had was clean and easily accessible. I loved the fact that to get in I didn't need a swipe card only a personal code, as I'm apt to loose gate cards. All round a super experience really recommend them. Very quick communication too. A+++

This was our first time using a storage facility, we didn't have any recommendations or reasons to pick Safe Store Westgate over other companies but purely picked them based on convenience. However right from the get go everything was super easy. Cade in particular answered all our questions, queries and fixed any issues (mostly our own) extremely quick and efficiently. If we ever need storage again, we will always come back here and can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

Have had a parking space for the caravan and 2 sheds with Safe Store over the last couple of years. Perfectly located for us at the time and has been awesome service. Very much appreciated and would not hesitate to use their facility in the future. Cheers Glen and Deb

Signed up in the office and was helped out by Cade. Awesome customer service and gave me a good price. Cade made everything nice and simple for me to move my stuff in. I literally turned up with a van full of stuff and had signed up and moved my stuff within 30 min. Storage is awesome clean and tidy, I really like that there is no long term contracts just pay 1 month at a time as long as you need it. Awesome security measures as well. A++

I was finding storing my bus to be a tough decision, until I got in touch with Maria at Safe Store in Westgate. Right from the first call, she was friendly and helpful, even pointing out the competition but in doing so making it a logical decision to park my bus at her facility. The advantages, of keypad entry, cameras, security fencing and friendly staff on hand not to mention a rather new building and site, I was confident that I had made the right call. Upon leaving, due to a change with my bus and its restoration phase it was sadly time to say good bye after more than a year with Safe Store. Maria, is truly a wonderful person to deal with, will miss the chats we had or riding around the site in your Dodge Ram haha! Great facility, great staff, you are in good hands! Cheers, James :)

I worked at Safe Store Westgate for 6 months and found the staff to be friendly and helpful to both myself and the customers. Also as the facility is fairly new it still has that new car look and feel to it. I could highly recommend Safe Store to anyone looking for storage. Cheers, Gary

Honestly, Great Customer Service performed by the young gentlemen across the phone this afternoon [Westgate Safe Store]. I’ve been with this storage service since 2018 and they’ve been very on to it; and again, just recently were able to assist in arranging access times for me; since relocating out of West Auckland. Note that you must give notice of closure to your account within 7days of your next billing period, which they will kindly advise you over the phone. In my opinion. I would definitely recommend this storage service to any one.

For the past 2 years Safestore has kept our personal belongings stored in a secure and dry facility. The staff go out of there way to help and have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

It can be stressful having to put all your belongings in storage, due to different circumstances and the team at Westgate take the time to really understand your needs and give you great options and support and not to mention their storage place is clean and tidy!
