Number 1 Frieght Forwarder to Fiji. Excellent and friendly customer service. Quick and simple procedures at an awesome price. Receiver doesn't need to pay anything at all should you opt to pay for it while sending. Always a pleasure to deal with these guys.

Had an awesome experience with Sailex shipping. A staff member by the name of Shinoy was really awesome to work with. Made this shipping transition so easy and communication was really good. Based at Mangere they offers freight services to our destination without a doubt. They provide a reasonable quote and assures the delivery will be on time. Yes they have a cutoff flight time but that’s to your discretion. You miss the cut off time then it’s on the next available flight as scheduled. And best option is to pay all charges here than nothing is charged to the receiver. The paperwork is simple no hidden charges and they show you what your items are being charged for. I had the pleasure of using their services for the first time and was appreciative for the attention and assitance I initially got from Rabin, he was informative and advised me on the best ways to package and send things across to Fiji. He was patient in explaining all the costs of my package, the process of shipping as well as arrival of the goods. I then went away and came back with my goods ready to be shipped and was met by Shinoy. The welome and customer service I know received from Shinoy was just as good as it was with Rabin - constant professionalism, helpful and informative. I write this review after getting confirmation from the receiver Fiji and praise the speedy service of sailax. The items took 3 days to arrive. I will definitely use their services again. Been using this freight company for over 3 years now and never had any issues with their service. It’s very convenient for my family back home in Fiji as these guys are able to provide clearance and home delivery and the options of paying all chargers in NZ. Keep up the good work !
