Went in for a nail trim for an incredibly picky pug, was greeted by a gentleman who was serving two other 4 legged customers, he very kindly asked what was needed -- a simple nail trim-- and finished it in under 3 minutes. Very understanding of the dog's needs and very accommodating as he was already busy and was willing to help us. The charge was still a flat $10 despite the dog being a brat, too. Couldn't recommend this groomer more. Incredibly professional, incredibly fast, and very kind and interesting to talk to.

Got our dog Eli a trim and he was excellent with him. Very busy time of year and we got a prompt callback saying there had been a cancellation and would we like a spot, he gave us exactly what we asked for and gave a good estimation of time. Very reasonable too :) would reccommend. Eli loves him!

Both Gelo and Nico are very accommodating. I booked my dog for grooming andit came out very well. Im having a hard time looking for a groomer that could do the asian style cut for my dog. But here, they did. My dog was so lovely after the groom. Will highly recommend this. Will definitely be back.

We were putting off taking our 2.5 yr old Maltese to the groomer. We have been unhappy with groomer (only one) for sometime and the last time I HAD IT!!! So, I interviewed a groomer in GI, had 3 visits (unsuccessful) and was feeling very discouraged. (And our little guy VERY SHAGGY) we know our lil guy somewhere along the line may have gone through something traumatic due to his sometimes behaviour. I heard and saw the signs for Scissorhounds so I made the appointment... scared all the way until I took him, set him down and he went to Angelo!!!! Let him pick him up!!! And..... finished early to find.... it was THE BEST GROOMING/CUT Paulie has EVER HAD!!!!! We cannot say enough about this facility!!! The owners are REMARKABLE! Like dog whisperers. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!!!
