I recently visited the Sellwood showroom to consider attic ladders for our new build. The owner Russell demonstrated the ladders to me in a detailed manner to ensure I understood the design features that have been built into their products. He took the time to explain the advantages of the Deluxe model with regards to the additional opening space it allows providing me with the ability move my storage items up and down this ladder more easily. We ended up taking one deluxe model and one of the regular ladders. Both ladders are now installed, they are sturdy and well made. The Deluxe model is exceptional, and the gentler angle is great and it was clear that the designers have really thought about the users experience and safety. I highly recommend Sellwood attic ladders.

Exceptional product exceptional service exceptional sorting out problems. We have had our sellwood attic stairs operating for about 7 years, developed a small problem, one phone call a couple of clarifications, parts arrived, job done. couldn't dream of better service than that. Makes me only want to deal with smaller companies in the future. the pull down steps are close to pinnacle of simplicity and function. Right balance.

Delighted with my new attic space and ladders and wish I had of put them in years ago! The service was great, I had my attic space floored and the attic stairs put in and I feel like I have added a storage floor to my house, complete with a full train set! I am very happy with this and would highly recommend Sellwood.

I saw this product at Field days and a couple of day later emailed Sellwood for prices Tuesday payed for the solar light recieved it on Thursday and installed it same day.It works better than expected,good quality and fast service. Thank you Regards Stuart
