This is my go to place to buy a bed. Have always had great service and advice over the years. Today Vic listened to our needs and we bought a great bed. Good on you Simply Beds. Feels great to know a great NZ owned business is doing an awesome job.

Fantastic service from Vik, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Very friendly service and only gave us the options we were looking for so as not to overwhelm us. Would highly recommend this store, great prices and products displayed well. We'll be back for our next bed for sure!

Recieved fantastic service. I was shown the range of products for what I wanted - all done via FaceTime! given honest feedback and then the process was simple and streamlined. Great communication from David's end, friendly and efficient, great prices and worked in with what suited me with delivery options (was quick!). Will definitely be our go to for bedroom furniture and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to everyone.

The staff at Simply Beds at St Lukes were very helpful a few days ago when I was looking for a new bed. I tried a number of beds and finally bought one and a slat bed base. It was delivered this morning and their delivery contractors were great by putting the base together for me. Am very pleased with the mattress and base which was very good value. I had been to other local bed shops but felt the staff there were not as friendly and pleasant as the Simply Beds staff. Would definitely shop there again.

Family-owned business that sells NZ-made beds at fantastic prices. We shopped around and couldn't find beds that were a) as nice or b) as cheap. Great to be able to buy local at a good price. Vik was fantastic as well. She really knew her stuff and was able to help us select the right model and size bed for our growing daughter. The bed has since been delivered and she is very happy with it. Thanks so much!

Was a bit nervous purchasing a bed for the first time (so adulty!) and Peter was very kind and patient with us, explaining the differences between each mattress and the different price ranges. We didn't end up purchasing on our first visit as we wanted to have a look around first, but we ended up coming back a second time, because the price and quality of their beds just couldn't be beat! On our second visit, we were looked after by David (Dave?) and he was also super kind and helpful, letting us take our time to come to a decision. Ended up purchasing this time and so far, we're very happy customers :) Just waiting for the bed to be delivered now!

I knew that my bed was long overdue to be changed. Wasnt even in the market to purchase. I walked past the store stopped in to the a quick a look as they had some fantastic sales. Decided to grab the missus and we bought a bed in 10 mins. It's the exact kind of service you would expect. Not pushy explain exactly what you need to know I told them my price range and they were honest stick to ths section. No crazy upselling but genuine. Most important they have NZ made beds and brands and I couldn't be happier to support local businesses because it was high quality! Thanks team and I cant remember the lady that served me sorry. Simply beds are amazing. I brought a matteress from the the st Luke's branch and the sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable and she helped me select the right matteress for my needs. I highly recommend simply beds and they are 100%new Zealand owned and operated.

Affordable and absolutely excellent service! Dave was very informative and helpful in my bed choice! Never felt pressured by Dave and he worked within my budget. I walked out a super stoked customer and am now enjoying my best purchase to date! Thanks guys, we will be back!
