Right away from when my partner and I walked in, we knew this was a quality establishment. From the subtle scent of candles, a calm inviting feeling about the space and most importantly the people, being welcoming and warm but with zero pressure we couldn’t help but walk out after buying a new mattress which we hadn’t intended on. The staff are the owners themselves and have decades of experience in their trade. Coupled with top quality stock, this is one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in years. I highly highly recommend this store.

We have recently bought an adjustable bed with a dream wool mattress. Colin was amazing listening to our different sleep preferences and advised us on what he thought was the right bed and mattress for us. He was so right and we love our bed so much. Even coming out with the installers to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Colin and Deb to anyone looking to make this very important purchase for your sleep. Well done to you both.

We had a wonderful time shopping for a bed at Sleep Space, the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. This place also has a great selection of beds reasonably priced, and the space is very well laid out with a subtle calming scent, making it a pleasant experience overall. We can't wait for our new bed to arrive! Highly recommend this place to all looking for a new bed.

Deb was great. She took the time to work with my wife and find the right bed for us, all while having our kids running wild in the store. Extra kudos to the delivery guys who really took care with our new purchase and set the bed up exactly how we wanted it. Top marks!

Colin and Deb were fabulous to deal with. Not only did they find me a mattress that I love, it fitted into my budget. Their range on offer was fantastic and knowledge and assistance outstanding. If you need a bed these are the people to see.

We have been looking to buy a new bed for a while and visited all the big retailers who never seemed to have the answers to our questions like 'what is the best position for me to be in when recovering from knee surgery' OR ' i constantly have lower back pain, can a Tempur adjustable help and how?' Deb and Colin at Sleep Space spent time with us, asking us questions about our lifestyles and what we were used to as far as beds go. Quite simply, they cared about us as individuals, whether we were serious shoppers or not... they cared. We ended up making the best decision of our lives and purchased a Tempur adjustable with a mattress that was perfect for me and another that was perfect for my husband. I'm very impressed with the Sleep Space customer service. I recently purchased a $600 mattress on sale. Due to ports of Auckland delays, the bed couldn't be delivered prior to Christmas. Sleep Space called me up to let me know there would be a delay, and then generously offered to upgrade me to a mattress worth twice as much, for no extra cost. I accepted and it was delivered a couple of days ago. We love it! Michael

We got a wonderful DreamWool bed here. The owners are very helpful and have a great bed selection, including some good eco-friendly mattress options. With free installation and set-up, our experience was a breeze from start to finish.

We have had first class customer service since we stepped into Sleep Gallery Sylvia Park. Deb and Col have provided seamless communication and really made this whole experience a wonderful experience. Sure the bed we purchased sure isnt the cheapest bed in town. Yet we spend a considerable amount of time in bed ( some more than others) yet you get what you pay for. Trialing mattresses in store having various differences explained. There was no pressure around a sale we completely made decisions around what we needed and wanted and Deb help tailor mattresses suitable for both of us. Thanks it's a life changing experience we are raving fans of Tempur and the Deb & Col leading the team at Sleep Gallery in Sylvia Park. Even the delivery process and install was a breeze with Col on site ensuring everything was completed to their high standards. Best Tim.

Our Tempur bed has been so fantastic in every way. I very rarely suffer from insomnia like I used to and no longer wake up with a sore hip and neck. I highly recommend it - worth every dollar! Plus Colin was amazing in getting the bed set up for us personally. Amazing service from Sleep Gallery.

I honestly can not recommend the sleep gallery enough. We had been putting off buying a bed for so long as we thought it was always going to be an expensive and time consuming exercise. Not only did we come in under budget (taken through all our options) but it was quick and painless. we had our new bed within 2 days of testing in the showroom and delivery was seamless. Deb and Col know their stuff. Thank you so much. you have made it so much easier for us to sleep at night.

If you are in the market for a bed this is a must visit store. It is the most relaxed and comfortable bed shop I have visited. Thank you to both the owners for their help and instruction. An amazing introduction in to mattresses that I had never considered. As soon as we are ready to buy we will be back. They have a full range of Tempur beds that I am completely ‘wowed’ by and they also carry also some very uniquely natural mattress made right here in NZ with wool that are just as comfortable. There are other options if you are a traditional mattress buyer that are great to try out next to other options. Thank you and I look forward to getting our next bed from your shop.

From start to finish the process of buying a new bed and having it delivered has been an absolute delight .
