C.Love the Monte Carlo Queen size sofa bed that we bought. It has turned our spare room into a second living room / 4th bedroom. The quality is really good. Nice and comfortable to sleep/sit on. Easy pull out sofa bed and love having the extra storage for pillows and blankets

The guys are also a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Dean and Franz are both fantastic, especially Franz whom we've met twice. With the pandemic and all there's understandably challenges with shipping and logistics and it's a worldwide problem - the team at Smooch has been able to keep us up to date with the shipment of our orders, and to provide accurate updates. We received our goods within the time frame we were told, and while waiting for our shipment to be delivered, the team at Smooch also provided us with a set of loan sofa. Absolutely incredible! Thank you guys!

R.Great product and really happy with it. Smooch were great when I went in to take a look at the range but their after sales communication is terrible. I know we were in a lockdown but it took about three weeks for them to answer phone calls and emails. Felt very difficult to get hold of them or get any response from them. Found it very odd they do not give out assembly instructions with the products unless requested
T.Very pleased with our Londoner sofabed. It is elegant with a slightly old fashioned look which suits the furniture style we have in our villa. Very easy mechanism to turn into a bed, nice and long for relaxing on just as a sofa. Nice, soft fabric.

The sofa bed design is so clever and compact, unlike so many others on the market. Very easy to pull out to a bed, then slide back to a sofa. It is well made and strong.

P.Can’t believe how easy these guys were to deal with, and how brilliant the product is (Monte Carlo sofa bed in double size). I had shopped around at all the usual chain stores but Smooch’s product was MUCH better quality and really affordable. Loved the range of colours available, and I love how versatile and comfortable the sofa is - both as a sofa and is a bed. They kept me up to date the whole time, gave good advice around sizing etc (my place is tiny and the sofa is perfect), and were just generally awesome. The product looks just like the showroom one, and works just as easily as Jason made it look in the video. One SUPER happy customer here, would highly recommend Smooch to anyone.
J.I bought the double sofa bed yesterday - very pleased with it - looks great in the small spare room I have. I was warned that it is very firm and I will buy a mattress topper for guests who need it (although I would happily sleep on it as is). I found the service great - special thanks to the man who delivered it same day and cheerfully got it into the small space. All good.
