I left my things here for three years while I lived abroad and they were in great condition in my return, free from severe humidity and other hazards. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Amazing service.

When I first met Marianne at Space Station Storage I was immediately struck by her efficient and professional manner which gave me confidence in storing my personal things with this storage company. I found the whole process eg access during normal business hours, parking in the loading bays, trolleys to load my boxes and store in my storage unit etc, an easy process. You need to store your stuff at Space Station! The location in Parnell is unbeatable, the atmosphere is pleasant (old factory vibes with wooden floors) and most importantly the customer service is amazing. It's nerve-wracking moving house at the best of times, and Marianne answered all of my questions by email promptly, helped us pick the right size unit, and when we moved out our balance was refunded quickly. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

After 15 years in storage, nothing was covered in dust! Amazing! Marianne is an amazing person to deal with - she couldn’t be more helpful or friendly- and she remembered my name. Space Station has easy vehicle access and trolleys are freely available to move your things. The old school lift is fun to use. Highly recommended

Marianne is quite exceptional. Everything she does is done with such care and she is always so friendly & helpful. I have had unit 27 at Space Station for 20 years to store my wine as it has perfectly constant temperature and the wine was all in perfect condition. The security and attention of Marianne made it totally worry free. Cannot give them anymore than the 5*s otherwise it would be a 10*.

My boyfriend and I used the storage room when we went for overseas for a month. We decided to put all our stuff in the storage rather than keeping everything at where we lived and paying the rent for nothing. It turned out to be the best idea since the monthly contract with Space Station Storage was very cheap. They have several sized rooms to offer, and we had the $115 room which was perfect size for all our belongings. The staff at the office was very friendly and helpful, she always explained or emailed us about all the information and head ups. We absolutely appreciate our experience at Space Station Storage. It’s highly recommended:)

Highly Recommend! We were in need of a 2-month rental to store some luggage we brought on a holiday before our international move to Auckland. The 1x1 locker fit our bags perfectly and the price was quite reasonable. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and even helped me clear out the locker since I didn't have my partner with me - made us feel moving here was the right choice!

I found Space Station to be ideal for our needs. The space we leased was dry, secure, and well lit. The manager of the premises is very friendly and was always helpful. While access is limited to times the manager is on site, the positive is that this means security of your goods is ensured. I will definitely use this company again, should the need arise.

They have always been helpful and their facilities immaculate. all my furniture is as I have packed it. no damage, no mold or mildew. in that 2 years they also did not put the price up, i just paid the steady rate. Marianne was really quick to respond to queries I had about how the storage works. The staff member who was there when we went to look around was more than happy to show us around so that we could make sure we had the correct storage size required. Was secure and had no issues with coming and going to the unit during our hire time. Really easy to cancel, was just an email giving 7 days notice. Received refund on dates we didn't end up using 2 working days after the end of our notice period. Would use again and would recommend.

This is a great location for anyone needing Parnell/city storage units. The building is always dry and tidy. The team are very easy to deal with and are flexible if you need to swap to a bigger or smaller unit as your needs change.

Had a storage unit for just short of 6 years. Clean dry storage, my gear came out in as good condition as when it went in. No issues or problems ever came up in the time I used the storage. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for someone safe to park your belongings.

I have had a locker here for approximately 20yrs. So handy & central in Auckland & generally can always get a park in a loading bay. A lot of character in an old building with a funky old time lift. Have now moved out of the city so no longer needed long term but would always consider for any short term needs.
