R.I bought a boat to live on (cheaper than a house, right?) and discovered soon after that all the 'stuff' you accumulate in a flat doesn't fit in a boat. So a storage unit beckons. The staff at Storage King Avondale asked a few questions, listened to the answers, showed me a couple of options and gave me a sweet deal on the one I chose. Then when I got rid of a few things and downsized the unit, they gave me another sweet deal on that too. Even gave me a nice combo padlock someone had left behind to use. I've handed it back for the next person who might need it. Can't fault them, made it easy and did so with a smile.

Friendly down to earth person, but very professional and meticulous in his dealings. Gave me a good run down of the contract, insurance and the facility. Someone I can easily call my “mate”. It’s a bargain when you great such a great customer service on top of the best deal on storage close to home.
A.Storage King in Avondale deserves a 5 star rating ! Excellent customer service (Thanks heaps Chris & Amanda) very friendly , cheerful and so helpful ! The FREE truck use for up to 4 hours makes life so much easier ! We underestimated the space we needed and had to move to a bigger storage unit very quickly as our stock was outside in their yard with dark rain clouds looming overhead. Nothing was a problem and we swiflty shifted all our cargo to the new unit. The 24/7 access is extremely handy and makes running our business so much easier. They have individually alarmed units. A funky lil golf cart to buzz about the huge premises adds to the fun factor, very clean and well maintained operation, having all lights on a 1 hour timer is a smart thing to do..well done guys !
C.Storage King Avondale is the best! Craig and all the other staff I've encountered are unfailingly helpful, courteous and knowledgable. The facility itself is reasonably priced, clean and secure. Its location on Rosebank Road is easy to access and convenient to the motorway. Highly recommend this as an A+ site for safe storage of your belongings.

It is the only storage facility our of a half dozen I have used that I will return to.
The staff are friendly, the facility is clean and well lit.
Access is easy, and the site it well planned.
The single level lay out is a real benefit for loading and unloading.

S.Storage King in Rosebank Road, Avondale are the best, Starting with Craig who went above and beyond in explaining the storage lock-up and then with Ann? this morning when I dropped by to start my rental period. I purchased a stake of boxes, tape, mattress cover and also have their free truck booked for this Thursday to move my large items. Highly recommended. SKAVOSTESP.
D.Used the place for a millennia and had no probs. Would be cool in this new normal to have a few more CV-19 QR codes on the inside, strategically placed.
p.Clean, tidy facility with plenty of room to move around on site. Management was extra helpful in finding the right size and price to fit my budget and the location so perfectly central to everything with easy motorway access.
