First Class Customer Service from Grant and the Storage king team, Grant gladly assisted at 5:00am Sunday Morning to reset our access pin, He went above and beyond to ensure all our expectations were met. Would Highly recommend Storage King Henderson, Absolutely Outstanding. :-)

Wonderful experience. After storing our belongings with Gavin for 5.5 years. We had no damages to furniture or linen and our art. I did take Grant advice on how to pack for such a long period of storage, so use Grant experience and the storage packing options available in the office. We have also over the years stored our RV with them, again such a great experience. We highly recommend them

I just want to let the world know how good this place is. I recently moved houses and was looking for quick and easy solution for all the extra stuff I own. I meet Keery and Elle at Storage King Henderson on Saturday, they helped me with all my questions and concerns. The level of detail and customer care blown me away. The facility is top notch as well, very clean, equipped with individually alarm doors, passwords and air ventilation throughout the warehouse. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again for the help.

Staff make everything a breeze from the moment you enter the building. All your options are explained and the storage is dry and warm. Building is well lit and parking for loading and unloading is also indoors. Just the best storage we've used. A+++ Thanks guys.

Previous reviews really sum it up. Grant and the team are genuinely lovely to deal with and it’s good to see people take pride in what they do. The facility is clean. We are storing extremely moisture sensitive vintage electronics, and since moving our equipment in there I am not experiencing the issues we had in our previous premises. The controlled air movement and constant temperature keeps things in good shape. Being entirely undercover really helps too. The access system works flawlessly. I’m a real critic and I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

Secure storage that met our needs for space, security and accessibility. Process to rent a unit and to relinquish was very easy. Friendly, prompt and clear communication by Grant and his team at all times - especially during Covid19 around lockdowns, requirements etc. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a storage solution - we'll return should we need offsite storage again.

Storage King Henderson is a great storage facility. The minute I walked in I was impressed. The office was nice and the staff were friendly and professional. When I was pricing around for a storage facility to rent, SKH had the best prices that met my budget and needs (thanks to a special they had going on). It's a large indoor and covered storage facility with ventilation system. There are literally 100's of units in this place. I would rate this as one of the more secure storage facilities I have come across because of their individually alarmed units. Very quick and easy sign-up. Large loading dock for trucks, and easy elevator access for upstairs units. The place is kept very clean. Staff is always present and very friendly and helpful. Just a note on the Storage King TRAILER - it's "FREE" of charge when moving in!!! Overall - Great Facility, Great Location, Fantastic Staff and Competitive Rates...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The staff at Storage King Henderson is very friendly , Professional and willing to help with all our requirements . Location is very convenient and comforting to know that the Police Station is 100m away . I would recommend Storage King Henderson to anyone who requires highly secure storage for their goods short or long term .

Great place to store your items! Awesome manager who goes out of his way to help you with everything (Grant) was a really easy process and awesome 4 hours use of a truck for free super helpful great team at the henderson store love how its under cover so your things stay dry all year round
