Kerry and the team in New Lynn made the potentially stressful process of packing up our house and putting the contents into storage as straightforward and easy as possible. The team are always friendly, up front, and easy to work with - adding a personal and whānau dynamic to what could otherwise be a cold or alienating experience. I felt fully confident that I was leaving my taonga in safe hands whilst I am overseas and would recommend Storage King New Lynn to others without hesitation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great storage area for our vehicles. The staff were at pains to warn us to secure everything on our work trailer. We had no problems though. We would definitely use them again.

Great storage units, clean, friendly staff

Good value for clean, dry storage. Easily accessible, very secure, with a variety of unit sizes to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I highly recommend Storage King in New Lynn. It was reassuring to me to find such an excellent facility.

My experience with Storage King New Lynn was totally hassle free. The staff were always friendly and the facility was kept clean and tidy. On one occasion where we left our locker insecurely fastened, they called us and advised us of the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Storage King New Lynn to store your goods in, large or small.

I had the best customer service experience! The Storage King New Lynn, and specially Kerry the Store Manager, have provided an outstanding service . I went to them under lot of pressure and were able to hear my needs and support me through a very stresful situation. Everytime we were needing information or their service we were having a yes for an answer. When we needed to move out, Kerry has look after all our household as it was his own. Kerry and his team provided an excellent moving service. Making me and family feel our belongning were always safe. Storage King New Lynn initially came to our rescue with a storage unit to de-clutter our house ready for selling. Little did we know a short month later we would be sold with nowhere to go! Enter Storage King with a 2nd unit to pack the rest of our gear into while we waiting for our new house to settle and be in our possession! We have found the facilities to be absolutely superb, prices are very competitive, the staff are super friendly, always greeted us with broad smiles and were extremely informative when we needed them to be. We have found them to be so very helpful and kind to us during this incredibly stressful time for our family. I cannot recommend Storage King (specifically New Lynn!) more highly!

Great facilities, secure but with easy access to move in/out and a good variety of unit sizes choose from. Staff were very good for helping decide on the right sized unit so you don’t pay more than you need.

Amazing service from two lovely people, a delight to deal with, have used this facility over a number of years and would recommend to anyone looking for safe, secure and affordable storage.

We had very good service and help when needed from the staff. I can definitely recommend tis company for storage short or long term. We were long term almost 12 months.
