Quiet and fully equipped lounge. The amenities coupled with the lack of a crowd equalled a pleasant experience. Upon entry until I departed the staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated the smiles after 2 long flights with one mpore to go. There was fresh hot food, beverages a bar and best of all showers. Truly a great visit.

Nice and spacious lounge. Food selections are above average. Offer hot food, salad, bakery, sushi, soup, cheese and dessert. I like the self serve bar. A little slow for the kitchen to replenish the foods. Staffs are very friendly. Can get quite crowded here. Nonetheless, I had a relaxing time.

An excellent airy lounge, with lots of different options to sit and take a break.
They have a bunch of hot and cold options for entrées. We enjoyed the salads and the pasta. Coffee, cold drinks, sparkling water, and hard drinks - all self-serve.
They have fast wifi, free, and clean showers as well. Staff is attentive and happy to help you when needed.
There is plenty of shopping close by, we left our kids and luggage to get some shopping done.

Seriously good compared to crowded brand lounges. Shared lounge avross multiple airlines. Food was fantastic esp. Chicken curry. All varieties and tastes catered for ... deserts, cheeses. Drinks .... a real treat. Staff were professional, quick to refresh trays and utensils. Great variety to choose from. Business and recharge facilities. Chef even checks if you enjoyed a meal ... that's special.

Pretty good spot! The food was amazing, friendly staff, clean tables, ample power points, wifi, computers, loungers, TV, play center for kids, roomy toilets. It was a great way to kill a couple hours before our international flight. Why spend money at restaurants when you can get unlimited food and drinks in the lounge?! So convenient!

Great place to wait for your place. We got in using our Priority Pass. They had a large variety of breakfast foods. We got some food and relaxed in the comfy loungers until about 30 minutes before our plane left. Place was very clean and very much enjoyed our hour long wait there.

Good spot for a quiet relax in Auckland airport. Was quiet when I attended, although main reason for visit was to have a shower. All shower were busy with a line of people waiting, hence the mark down to 4 starts. A few more bathrooms and showers would be very helpful. Food and drink was excellent with a good selection. Lost of seatings and charging points were frequent throughout the venue. Nz$ 65 entry fee is reasonable and shows good value. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly, but most of all we enjoyed the quiet. There is a separate glassed room for children to watch TV and play. Several passengers were asleep with blankets on the chairs. The lounge is spacious with a large selection of drinks and food for varying tastes.

Really couldn’t fault this lounge. Clean, tidy nice food with clean showers. The food was better than the club lounge at the Sheraton Times Square, NY with a hot selection on offer. Friendly staff. Sets the standard for non-airline owned lounges.

Spent couple of hours here, plenty of space and power outlets to charge devices before the flight, was not impressed by food selection but plenty of snacks available. Saw showers but did not see any towels. There is a kids area, workstations and a meeting area.
