A.I have been to the Manukau branch several times using 3 different stylists for hair colour/highlights & cut and I have always walked away with no issues. I use to go to Schnips but happened upon this salon cause they use afterpay & laybuy. Tried them once & now I have no reason to change. 😊 I find the male receptionist very polite & welcoming, and the staff lovely too so yep I'm sticking with them.
T.I’m not sure why they have such a low score, unless people are paying for a junior to cut, and expecting a “senior” style. You pay for what you get and the senior stylists are great.
A.Hunter is amazing! He made me feel welcome and comfortable! Left feeling great about my hair and will definitely return! I don't normally go to hairdressers but this one is a must! Thank you 😊
D.I haven’t had my hair styled at synergy . But have been here to buy hair product - they have a huge range and the staff are very knowledgeable and can recommend the correct product for your hair type .
I was served by an older man ( maybe the manager ) he helped me with my product purchase and gave me some good hair care tips and advise . So based on my purchasing experience at Synergy , I would consider getting my hair done there also
Z.They certainly know there stuff, especially on the different products for washing your hair and they give you little samples of the product if you're ever unsure of purchasing the big bottles. The hairdresser had done amazingly well on my hair since I haven't done much on my hair aside from cutting and washing. Super friendly staff there!
T.I have been to going to Synergy for eight years plus, two owners later and many wonderful stylists have come and gone. Regina is my current stylist and is amazing, she is thorough, professional and overall the only reason I have remained with Synergy. When Regina is on leave I see Melissa, who is equally as amazing. Jason the new owner is lovely and attentive however if you want technical advice he is not a hairdresser so book a consult and spend 15 minutes discussing and planning what you need. I am a long term client that spends a lot of money at Synergy. I take my daughter, mother and work friends there as it is reliable every time.
I have been unhappy once, voiced my issues and there was a corrective procedure that fixed everything. I have given Jason and Regina feed back many times and I have never been treated unfairly or unprofessionally.
Take the time book a consult and you will be happy with the results at Synergy Hair in Manukau. Best salon at Manukau Westfield presently. They now offer layby which takes the pressure of the big colour services and after care products.
Highly recommended to all.

B.I've been coming to see my stylist Regina for over 2 years she is absolutely amazing! The whole team are! My hair has never been more looked after and better looking than it has been under the care of the team at Synergy Manukau! I couldn't recommend a place more!
J.Love coming here to get my cuts! Am never disappointed with the the spectacular service from the girls! I was saying to my dresser Regina today, who's lovely, how many places can be a bit critical and judgy based on hair (mines very thick and bushy) and try to sell you products from the minute you step through. But I always feel comfortable and know the cut will be great! 5 stars all round, thank you!
H.Amazing!!! Regina fixed my hair when I came in with orange roots and ash blonde hair!.. not what I wanted at all from KESS hair and beauty (don’t go there trust me!) GO HERE!!! 😊
She brought my hair back to life, they made me feel welcome. Very friendly and lovely people. I’m very happy with my hair now.. now I don’t feel so embarrassed anymore to go out in public.

l.Absolutely love the team here at Synergy. Jason and his team of girls always go above and beyond. Love Regina and Melissa as they tend to both my wife and I with the utmost care.
H.Hunter was an absolute doll! Helped me with some manic panic colour and was very polite over the phone. Was even better to speak with him in person!
