Exceptional service from Verne, good quality beds at a very reasonable price....purchased a queen sized bed and was delievered the next day. Been a few weeks since having the bed and love the firmness, my dog cant seem to sleep on his own bed now.

We are so incredibly happy with our purchase!!! We searched everywhere for 2 double beds for our 14 year old twins and luckily came across The Bed Store. The beds were by far the best deal and the most comfortable and the man we dealt with was so friendly and helpful and did a great deal. This is by far the best place to buy a really good bed at a great price. Thanks The Bed Store!!!

Would definitely shop here again. Despite there being a slight mix up in my order, Verne looked after me and got my order delivered ASAP. They acknowledged the mix up and apologized and were straightforward never gave me the run around which was great :) I was hard to get a hold of but Verne reached out. Great customer-retailer experience. Once again, I would definitely buy from them again.

Bought a bed with these guys via trade me. Needed it urgently so as soon as I pushed buy now, I called the store and spoke to Vernon who said he could deliver it within the hour! True to his word he was there an hour later even though he was coming from over the harbour bridge! Great delivery price too! Super helpful and love the bed! If I could give more stars I would! We have bought several beds from The Bed Store including a couple for our bach. Even these inexpensive beds are extremely comfortable and everyone who stays reports 'sleeping like a log''. Most recently we bought a King Trundler bed for our spare room...what a great bed...so many options for having people stay over. Verne has been extremely helpful every time we have been in his shop.

Strange shop, My house is just 3km away and told them to deliver a double bed ASAP, they quote 249 with delivery cost in trade me. the sales person played lots of price games, sent lots of messages, the price changed daily, 229+20, 249+20,249+50! And They just don’t deliver. Fine , Can’t I buy a bed base from other place?? I can buy it from anywhere! I tried to give you business while you returned me with hassle!

Im so glad I found this place ! Not only did we get a really good bed for an extremely good price compared to other stores. The owner is so lovely and helpful. Went out of his way to get bed base to me personally after the delivery guys forgot the base to go with matress . Me and my husband are extremely happy with our bed and highly recommend this place .

IT IS A SERIOUS STORE AND SR. VERNE PROMISED ME TO SOLVED THAT ISSUE NEXT WEEKEND ON 29/05. ONCE I KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE BAD FEEDBACK I WILL. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SOLVED ALREADY. TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED, AMAZING STORE.

Found this place on trademe, the Browns Bay location was super convenient for me so I popped round to have a look and was able to buy the mattress I wanted immediately. It's really comfortable and didn't break my wallet! The man in the shop was nice, friendly and helpful. Cheers!
