I have been visiting cosmetic clinic for years now and I must say each one of them try their best to make sure I have achieved my required results. I would like to shout out an appreciation for Holly who did my laser today. Her friendliness, patience to hear me out and later providing advise on how to go for the treatment is very kind of her. She also took an initiative to introduce me to new products later. Thanks again Cosmetic clinic and Holly for looking well after me :)

Have been a customer for well over 2 years, go there in a regular basis. While back I bought 3 micro sessions, used one of them. Couple of days back while I was there I decided to book one session and got told that my session that I bough “expired”. They must have confused it with milk ;))) Keep in mind I’m a regular client, I go there almost every month, and no one ever told me that service that you pay money for can expire, especially during Covid lockdowns. Update: Manager did contacted me and offer to reinstate my treatment, she was very polite and helpful. Overall I’m happy with their products and customer service

I have enjoyed Nikayla’s treatment due to her exceptional professional attitude when she was treating me. She is very generous and cheerful. She spent more time for my treatment to make me satisfied with her services. Moreover, she was talking with me during the treatment to let me share with her the intensity of my pain. Then she increased the cooling power of the machine to decrease the level of my pain. Strongly recommended.

The laser hair removal is working real well for me. I am not having to use tweezers anymore. Nikayla is a lovely therapist who makes you feel special, she takes extra care and does not rush when doing the treatment like I have experienced with others in the past. About 6 weeks ago I visited the New Market Cosmetic Clinic to see Ashlee... I had never been to the clinic before, or seen Ashlee - Both were incredibly impressive! The clinic itself is clean and hygenic and the Staff are lovely and welcoming. I was booked in for anti-wrinkle injections (Dysport) which I had not used before. Ashlee took me through the risks, result expectations, the do's and don'ts, everything! Ashlee being so friendly, professional and knowledgeable made the whole experience very comfortable and put me at ease. 2 weeks after the initial visit, I returned for a follow up with Ashlee to ensure that everything had gone smoothly - I received the same great service from Ashlee the 2nd time round :) The injections themselves were relatively pain-free, and no negative after affects and the results have been exactly what Ashlee advised would be and I'm so very happy with the outcome! the product started to work within the first 24 hours, but really was about day 4 when it was a noticeable difference. Treatments vary in consistency and thoroughness in my experience but always the safest and cleanest place to get lazer and I have never had any 'mishaps' like at other clinics of a similar nature. Very professional and well-trained staff and clean facility which makes them absolutely fantastic! They are always polite and explain everything in detail and constantly check with you to make sure you're happy with the treatment and nothing's bothering you. Also I've dealt with James (owner) a few times and even when he was not present he always contacted me shortly and has been impressive with his customer service! I've been a customer of TCC at Sylvia Park but wasn't quite happy with them and I have to say Newmarket branch is much much better managed and they are outstanding with their service.

This is my first time I went for micro needling, the customer services are very good and the rooms are very tidy too The only thing is it’s very expensive for me as well as the person who does your micro needing needs more training as sometimes they forget to do needing one side of the face properly and starts doing the other face side quickly.
