I went in for my first laser appointment yesterday. I've had laser done in the past but this by far the less pain and best Customer Service ever :). I wish I remembered her name. The tech lady that did my Consultation last week was the same tech lady that did my first laser appointment yesterday. I had microdermabrasion done by Sandra. It was my first time, but I felt super comfortable with her. She was telling me about every step that she was doing, so I was aware whats going on. Sandra is a professional cosmetologist, confident about her job and full of knowledge. As a person she is beautiful soul, super friendly and you have feeling that you are in the right hands. My skin looks already better and I can’t wait for another session with her! Highly recommend!

My first laser hair removal appointment was not booked in properly, showing up excited and shaved up 🙊 was disappointed to be told they didn't have me booked in. They managed to squeeze me in 2hrs later. However, saving grace was Sandra, she took my 2nd appointment and I have continued to ask for her only. She is a great asset to TCC - Sylvia Park. I took a course of three microdermabrasion sessions and I had two sessions with Sarah 👌😍. I noticed the difference well between Sarah and the other. Sarah is the best in many ways. She has a very nice personality, and on the other hand, the way she deals with the client is very elegant. She tried to explain all parts of the treatment for me and explain each step that she does during the session Also, her hands were very soft when she put the masks on my face, she did not rub hard, but took into account the skin. I recently went to TCC Sylvia Park for a Microdermabrasion. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally presented, warm and welcoming. I was looked after by Talisha who from the start was bubbly, kind and just had an infectious personality which made the whole process an enjoyable one. Talisha took the time to explain not only her qualifications but was kind enough to highlight the qualifications of her peers so I was at ease knowing when I return I would be in good hands no matter who did any future treatments. In terms of the Procedure, Talisha was exceptional. She highlighted the process carefully as we went through each step in detail, constantly ensured I was comfortable when applying the active treatments and even made a few light hearted jokes here and there which just made the whole experience a delight. Overall the process was fantastic from start to finish, I have a good understanding of my skin and what treatments and care I will need moving forward. The laser was quick and I felt Shiristy was very professional and excellent at her job. When I first starting getting them a few years ago they did this, however over the last year and a bit they stopped, so I assumed they had removed it from the treatment. I had botox treatment one week ago for excessive sweating under my arms. My registered nurse was Vivian. She was amazing, she explained everything to me clearly, she's professional but also down to earth and easy to get on with. She said I probably wouldn't see results until 3-7 days, well my body obviously responded well to the treatment and I noticed results the day I had the treatment! I'm extremely happy, no more sweat! I highly recommend getting a microdermabrasion with Sally, Ani or Bree, they’re all super lovely! Important to mention that I have Hirsutism because I have polycystic ovary syndrome. and folliculitis by waxing for many years.
