Cozy bar with friendly service. Pool table upstairs with an outside area. Live band, and noisy, happy customers! Seems a popular hangout. Happy to return.

Very nice bar with a super lovely german manager. They have live music from ca. 8pm til midnight. Beer costs around 8 till 10$, thats a little bit more compared to other locations in that area, but you get pretty good beer. In summer it gets crowded a lot, so be there early.

Having found this bar a few years back it instantly became my go to spot in the city. There is a great atmosphere here and staff are always friendly and welcoming when I have visited. By far my favourite Irish bar in Auckland. It's the closest you can come to being in Ireland during a pandemic!

Popped in Friday, nice neat pub with up and downstairs. Pool table upper and small upper deck outside for drinking smoking and overlooking the street. Down stairs is cozy and just right for chilling out before maybe heading to a club.

Can be hit and miss in ways of how intimidating it feels at times, moreso from fellow patrons depending on the day and time. Fairly small downstairs seating and bar room, there is a table or two out on the sidewalk, but then there's more room upstairs w pool tables and street overhang. Live music every night and just a "lively awake" vibe at all times if you will as one of the main drunkly pub crawl spots.

The cosy environment is just adorable. I like the feel of the bar, you can sit inside and enjoy the music or you can go upstairs in a bit calm environment with no loud music and have a nice conversation with drinks. Loved it. Feels like My Place!

This was the first bar I drank in when I arrived in Auckland, and it became my local during my year long stay in the city. I’ve drank in a lot of bars around the world and this one is one of my favourites.

A small bar, with a loud and unwelcoming pool room upstairs, and a small area downstairs with only a few seats. Live music, yes, but there's not much to recommend this place otherwise, to be honest.
