Z.It was easy to find out. I waited for the fingerprints service for 27minutes, I did book an appointment.
A.Service was fairly good despite the wait times, but can someone please clean the waiting seats. It look s like it's never been cleaned at all in ages.
G.Saw the bad reviews the day before I went there, I was expecting really slow and bad service from them. Surprisingly, the service is really quick and the people there are quite friendly. The skinny Indian lady who served me was really helpful and friendly, the Chinese lady spoke Chinese to me while collecting the bio-metrics, which I think is really helpful for the elderly who do not understand English very well. Perhaps, I was the first appointment in the early morning, not many people waiting, hence, the service was very quick. If you are not early bird type of person, you may experience some delay as reviewed by others, I guess. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. Hopefully, they can keep it up.
A.TTS delivered a wonderful experience overall. Even though some staff made a mistake in the beginning and I waited for 30 minutes for nothing, another staff with heaps of tattoos helped with my application. His professional service and great attitude made up for the other staff’s mistake and actually saved me a lot of time. At the end of the day, I am very satisfied with the service.
K.It is a visa application centre to submit Australia visa and provide biometric. A very easy to locate the office, the paid parking facilities are available just opposite of the visa center. Disabled people access available. They have amble seating facilities. The service is good and friendly. They also provide premium appointment service post normal working hours.

This TT Services office is located over Albert street next to big Albert building. Finding the entrance can be little tricky as it is quite small and is accessible from upstairs.
Well managed, organised and nicely maintained.
Spacious and comfortable seating. Good ambiance.
Well timed and cordial service. Pleasant staff.
Card as well as cash payments are accepted. PayWave facility is not available at this location.
Appointment must be made in advance.
There is no dedicated parking area available for visitors of this facility. Paid street parking is available around the entrance.
J.Service very good was in and out in no time. The team members are very helpful and understanding no matter what your circumstances are but its best that you listen to there clear direction and information. So that you don't hold up others.
J.I really like their process, it was fast and efficient. The staff is good too. It'll better if you arrive at least 15 mins before your appointment 😊
r.I arrived half an hour earlier and they are very efficient. It would be better if the Indian lady had more smile，I am a little afraid to talk to her.

I saw him helped a older female who may be in 70's ,she was there for bio application ' Mr Tomson helped her from the time she walked in till she walked out ..mr Tomson personally assisted her even rang Taxi for this senior citizen .

Extended hours visa appointments can be taken via their email contact. 4:30 PM to 7 PM extended hours on all working days
