Even though this was my first time at Vivo Royal Oak I had the best experience! Zalton is a magician when it comes to hair coloring and cutting! He is one of the best that I have come across in NZ. I was pleasantly surprised to see the outcome, absolutely loved it! He was a good listener and understood my concerns so kindly. The team at Royal Oak was so friendly and welcoming. I can recommend their services 100%

First time I have been into vivo royal oak to get my hair done. The staff were so welcoming, polite and just amazing. I went in and came out a new woman with an amazing new look. Thank you Natasha for creating a new look for me, and for all the amazing styling advice. I definitely suggest vivo royal oak if you want anything done with your hair ❤️🙏

Due to a bad experience I have not been to the hair salon in 26 years, My visit at Vivo was the best experience and Zalton you are amazing. I absolutely love my new hairstyle and can't wait to come back and get colour added. Lovely friendly service beautiful coffee and fudge to go with it...Thank you so much.

I came into the Salon randomly as my regular hair dresser was closed. My hair was a home job that went wrong with the nieces, however Zalton has changed that all around ❤️❤️❤️ as my hair is so amazing!!!!! Thank you so much Zalton, I'll definitely be in for my keratin treatment in 3 weeks and loved the hospitality and atmosphere as I had my little one today 🥰❤️ I have now found my new hairdresser 😊 thank you so much Zalton!!! Very impressed! Kudos to Zalton, he recommended options but does not force you to stick with his ideas. I used to hate going to hair salons as they always try to force you to pay for unnecessary products and services. But it's definitely a different experience with Vivo. Two thumbs up for the team!

Best experience yesterday at Vivo Royal Oak. Maurisa took my dry, over coloured hair and made it so much more natural looking and healthy. She was a professional every step of the way, spending time to find out exactly what I wanted in my colour and cut. Everyone here is so friendly and provide a relaxed but professional environment. Being very shy, I usually hate getting my hair done as I find it all so intimidating, but Maurisa and her lovely colleagues Zalton and Natasha were so down to earth, I've finally found my forever salon ☺️❤️

Late review but just wanted to make a special shout out to Zalton who done a cut and all over color on my hair. He was efficient, and friendly. He made the whole experience seamless. He will be definitely be who I request for future visits! Kia ora!!

Always nervous when trying a new hairdresser especially when so far away from home...No worries here, I love my new short haircut. My husband and was really pleased with his too. Friendly talented staff. We will definitely return on my next visit to NZ and have recommended to my daughter and her friends who live here.

The best salon I've ever been too - 3 of my friends, 2 work mates, my cousin and aunty all go there now. All of the stylists are professional, friendly and do the best cuts and colours

I have always found Sonia and her team very approachable. She actively sought out ways to solve my ( somewhat minor) hair problem and came up with a solution. I felt part of the process at all times and remained confident in her.

Having come from South Africa and being given a bad blonde job by a South African hairdresser, I happened to find this lifesaver.
