Vivo staff members in Albany are all very warm and welcoming. I had Nadia who did a fantastic job on my hair. She listens very carefully and works efficiently to achieve what you’re after. Great work ethic and bubbly personality. Highly recommend her and this branch! :)

Love this salon and my stylist Nadia. She's really sweet, always does a fantastic job and goes the extra mile to make it a relaxing, pampered time for me. Yesterday I got the Classic Balayage package and I'm so happy with it. Prices are very reasonable compared to other salons I've been tried in the past. Highly recommend Vivo Albany and Nadia. When I went to Vivo, it had been over a year since my last hair cut, so my hair was very dry and the colour was old and brassy. Jenny did an amazing job fixing it up. My hair feels super soft and she managed to get a much more subtle and natural colour which I absolutely love! Highly recommend!

Bailey did a wonderful job of my hair. I went from light brown to blonde with root melt in two sessions and my hair still feels great and healthy. Never had a hairdresser actually achieve the look I want until Bailey!! She is very kind and professional, she listens to what you want and gives great advice for looking after your hair. Glad to have found a great hairdresser.

Nice to finally find a good consistent hairdressers. Samantha is my go to, never trys to upsell or talk me into anything crazy. Cares about the long term health of my hair. Vivo prices are bit higher but quality is there. Would be nice to be more rewarded for loyalty and return visits. Thanks for good service.

I love this Salon. I recently had a facial done and hair cut - You can expect the latest products and techniques. Their reception is a bit of a mess - unattended most of the time. And even when you're on time for an appointment they seem to run late by +10min (not just myself, other people's appointments too). I hope they start treated all their clients the same as I found that some people were offered beverages and other not. Despite the above, I'd highly recommend them on their quality outcome.

I have been going here for years because of the fantastic staff, the warm welcomes, the pampering and the amazing care for my hair. Love this place. It's my oasis of sanctuary and sanity in a crazily busy week. Thank you Vivo Albany for being awesome.

I had a very good experience here. This was a grabone deal for Blonde Makeover. My hair is naturally dark and I was not able to go full blonde in one hit without really damaging my hair, however, this was explained to me before my appointment. I am so happy with the colour, cut and professionalism of the stylist. I will be going back in six weeks to get blonder and I am very much looking forward to it! Keep up the good work :-)
