I had the pleasure of the wonderful Richard doing my hair today! Took great care with my hair, gave great advice and so happy with the end result!!! He and the team are wonderful! Thank you so much for my hair, absolutely in love 🥰

It was my first time and naturally I was scared because I had already damaged my hair enough by using boxed colour. Rachel was soo sweet, skilled and professional. Had not been to a hairdresser for a year ..my hair has grown out from a pixie cut to a non descript length below my chin ...had a cut and 1/2 head foils from Donna and what a transformation! love my hair and can still tie it back as I spend a lot of time in a pool ...thank you so much feels amazing 👏

Had a great experience with Vivo and in particular with Chika - she took the time to understand the colour/ length I was after, and was so friendly and informative. First time in a long time I've left a salon with exactly what I wanted. Pricing was decent and parking/ booking was a breeze. Definitely would recommend.

Best hair dye I've ever had! Adam and Anita looked after me, and we had a thorough consultation of what I was looking for at the beginning. The colour is so well blended, I've had it dyed a lot and it's the best I've had. So friendly and helpful and made me feel a million dollars. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend :)

Came here today for a KERASILK Treatment, hair cut & blow dry. I arrived about 20 minutes early but was instantly taken care off. Shame I don't remember my hairdresser's name. She was lovely! She asked me to fill in the forms, brought me a coffee and I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes before proceeding to start with my appointment. She explained to me what to expect from the treatment to avoid confusion&gave me great advice in regards to cutting my terribly damaged hair. This is why I decided to add a haircut to my appointment too and there was no issue doing so. The Kerasilk procedure was efficiently quick performed (as fast as you can do those anyway time consuming treatments). The girl was chatty and friendly and even gave me some advices in regards to restaurants in the area. I felt like everything was taken care of just awesome. Since I haven't had my hair cut by a hairdresser in about 4 years, I was quite sceptical. However, she did a great job consulting and did exactly what we discussed. Since I had a voucher including 2 products, I had a look beforehand what I wanted. To my positive surprise, she actually recommended me products which are more suitable for my hair. Overall an awesome experience and if I wasn't going to leave Auckland, I would definitely return to get my hair done at Vivo. Again; Shame I can't remember her name, because I would definitely personally recommend her. However, I am sure the rest of the staff at Vivo, Ponsonby is just as great! 😊 Thank you guys!

Best salon I've ever been to and the first one I started regularly going to. You always get what you pay for, but Vivos standards actually match their value. Every time I go there I come out with great hair and never get nervous about how it's going to turn out.

Had a great experience at Vivo Hair & Beauty Ponsonby. Bo (my stylist) went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the outcome of the ombre. Would definitely recommend both the salon and the stylist :)

Finally I have found a hairdresser that tells it to me straight. I never used to get regular cuts or colours as just never found the right place. I have been going here for over a year and love them. Highly recommend!

I would like to share my experience with vivo..I had been an unhappy customer with them since the keratin treatment I got it done from there salon on my hair did not really work outfor me, and I had thought that I have completely wasted my money on it. However vivo had been really understanding about it and tried there best to sort it outfor me.I really appreciate there help and concern and would like to thank them because I don't think most of the salon really care about you once u have paid them.Thanks vivo..:)
