Excellent service from all staff, especially Wayne. Got a great deal on a fantastic bed. Wayne and his staff really know their beds. If you are not sleeping well, need a new bed, then definitely try these guys out.

After sleeping in A H Beard brand beds at Ridges hotels Auckland & Rotorua, I made up my mind the next time we purchased it would be one of theirs. Waitemata Back Care beds have the best range. Great service, we spent a bit of time choosing & it 👍 great.

I was happy they allowed me to exchange for a softer mattress after trying it at home for 3 weeks. The staff are also knowledgable and helpful. I recommend them.
