M.Had looked at quite a few stores and were getting weary after we kept getting pushed into the higher end of mattresses until we walked into Waitemata back care beds in Westgate. Wayne was absolutely brilliant at his job and before looking at any mattresses asked us a lot of questions as to any aches or pains we had or how we sleep etc. With the knowledge he then asked our budget and did not push much past when giving us options. We are extremely happy with our bed and mattress and haven't looked back. Thanks to Wayne and Arnold for the help.
l.my parents bought a king koil tekapo bed last week and were very impressed with the service they had received from Wayne.
Also thanks to the two friendly and helpful delivery men who installed the bed and relocated the old one. Thank you!
