Wow! Amazing service all round from Western Lock Services Ltd. We got in touch to organize the change of locks for a new office premises. I spoke with Kylie on the phone, she had a lovely phone manner and was friendly. She was able to organize for one of her team to arrive within the hour. Bevan arrived on time and was great to deal with. The work was completed in half a day. Prompt, reliable and great customer service! Would highly recommend to all. I needed a key cut for my VW Touareg...western lock spent almost an hour attempting to unlock it, I was told to come back in two days time. They tried again in the pouring rain for almost 2hrs...and gave up.....I give them 10 stars for effort and customer service....I was not even charged for the time they spent....great place....very happy with their service

A huge thank you to the team there. Our car keys stopped working, and in a panic I called up. The woman on the phone (sorry I didn't grab any names) was so calm and helpful - within 10 minutes we got there, and a bloke fixed it for us. He also gave us some amazing advice on the house. Several unlikely things happened when I contacted these guys… - They replied to my email super quickly - They got someone to our house with a solution for our safe issue that worked the first time and was fixed in under 30min - They charged us the lowest end of their predicted service cost They are rock stars, thanks for your help Bevan and Kylie.

Brilliant experience from the initial inquiry and booking with Sarah at the office through to a masterful execution with Matt performing the work at my home. The team were able to adapt and re-book me when I changed the date on them on the morning of the work which I very much appreciate. I had 5 security stays installed on all of the large windows in my house. Matt did a great job of getting all of the stays at a uniform height and he was able to accommodate my requirement for greater-than-standard window opening with the stays instead of telling me that it can't or shouldn't be done like I have had other providers claim. I found the cost to be reasonable and fair - well worth the quality of workmanship and ease of dealing with the team. I am most satisfied with my experience. Kapai team :) Clint

I discovered Western Lock Services after doing a Google search on locksmiths in the West Auckland area and reading all the positive Google reviews. I sent through a message about supplying keycards for my digital door lock and creating keys for the lock on my letterbox. Within the next working day, Kylie responded to my message as well as my subsequent questions without any hassles. Shortly after, she booked me in for an appointment. Matt was very friendly, professional, efficient and prompt - he took the time to explain and demonstrate each function of my digital door lock and programmed each keycard for me. He ended up replacing the lock on my letterbox and provided two brand new keys, which he completed in no time. The rate charged for this job alone was reasonable. The team at Western Lock Services were very helpful, well-organised and informative, and I won’t hesitate to reach out to them again. Thank you!

Hi, we had a new digital door lock put in today by Matt from Western locks. My parents and sister have also used this company and highly recommended them. The service was fantastic and we are so happy with our new door and locking system. Western locks installed the new system so easily and provided simple explanations how to work it. I spent a measly $35 at these guys/gals store, and they went out of their way to help and explain to me how to fix my lock. Really impressed with their willingness and enthusiasm to help when there isn't much in it for them than a few dollars margin on some hardware. I was given expert advice regarding a home security system and they did not try to sell me expensive kit or items that are not totally necessary. The boys turned up on time, came in checked out the issue explained what they will do and got on with the job promptly. Very efficient and friendly customer service. I purchased a second hand security door with a lock but no key. I contacted Western Lock Services by email asking if they could help. They quickly came back to me and assured me they could provide a key. I had removed the lock from the gate and dropped it off at their shop mid afternoon, they apologised that they could not create a key that afternoon and asked if the next day would be suitable. Receive an email the next afternoon telling me the work had been completed and was ready for pickup. Lock and three keys picked up for an excellent price (much less than I had budgeted).
