I recently employed this company twice, they were very reasonable, on time, reliable, and gave the best accurate advice. I can highly recommend this company over others who do the same job.

Freezer malfunction in lockdown!!! Horrors! Geoff came the same day we called for help, ordered and installed the part two days later. Great service. Thank you very much

Very happy with services from Windress. Fast service at a very reasonable rate. They were able to do first call out within one day of initial phone call. Found our fridge fan was faulty and came back to replace within the next 2 days. Only took him 10 mins and overall cost was $240. Great!

Windress the best! We have a new born baby and found out there’s faulty with LG dryer so desperately, needed help to fix it. LG refer me to contact Windress so i did and they took care of the rest -especially, Shaan Patel (you are a bloody legend). Prompt drop in to check the dryer and made few calls around then took our dryer to their site for testing and also, drop off the loan dryer on the same day!!! When Shaan came back to drop off the fixed dryer on a rainy day like today, he quickly checks the property and minimise the mess to drop off the dryer!!! Shaan Patel is your guy he is friendly and professional - he should get his pay raise!!! And of course, again, Windress is simply the best!

The best recommendation I've had in years! Fantastic communication from call centre staff. I always knew what the next step was, and they were very clear about the process in terms of what the call out costs would be if the fault wasn't under warranty etc. Very pleased with such an informative phone service. Windress sent out a lovely technician who took the time to show me how to get the best out of my appliance. He explained the differences with the tablets vs powder + rinse aid, and briefly went through cost effectiveness between the two. Then he showed me how to clear the filter, which is something that I never would've done properly!! ;) Over all, I highly recommend this company, and encourage people to let them know if there's a problem with their level of service, because 9 times out of 10, I'm sure it's just an unfortunate miscommunication and they'd happily help you to sort it as soon as possible! Thanks guys! :)

Serviced a 10 a year old commercial Mytag washing machine at the school I work at ....technician was able to do a temporary fix next day , and then returned with the right part for a permanent solution . Prompt and economic repair
