Awesome. Friendly staff. Covid protocols set out very well. Staff were patient. Very tidy cinema. I just wish more people went.

Needs a bit of TLC and the wait at the counter was around 10 minutes. Understaffed, 1 person between the bar and the online ticket counter. Not bad for a small town cinema though.

Would definitely go again. Checked COVID pass . Clean and tidy . Comfortable seats.

The app makes it really easy to get your tickets and snacks. The service is friendly and helpful.

Advertised $8 tickets online but not the case when booked. What is the purpose of the club if discounts don't exsist? Good food gave it 3 stars. But very expensive otherwise

Staff are very positive and great service recommendations for movies as well as suggestions on best times to view. Cinemas are well maintained.

Really enjoyed seeing a couple of movies at the Event Cinemas in Blenheim. It's a great that event cinemas does not only blockbusters but also some older films, concert films and arthouse films. We saw Roger Waters in the small theatre and The Joker in the larger theatre. It's a pretty good set up and the snack options were good enough for us. Staff we real friendly too.

Lovely place to relaxed and enjoy movie clean and tidy

Always made it a must to go watch a movie there when ever I returned home for a visit. Good memories of having drinks at Paddy's then seeing a movie with mates then drinks again afterwards at what was Navajo's at the time

Great to go to the movies but it is understaffed and expensive

Nice comfortable seating, should really have a separate ticket sales area as was a big wait for someone's hotdogs to be made, otherwise a great experience

Great place ordered popcorn, ice cream, and coke, hubby ordered a hot dog to, so good icecream not old with frost build up. Good customer service

The only commercial cinema in Blenheim. Overall the facility is ok, although the screen in our theatre had some warping on it. However there's something to be said for going to the movies with the family with none of the distractions of home.

Great theatres ... but what a useless website if you want to quickly find what is showing and at what times of the day.

Good but take something to cover your knees, the theatre can get Cold.

Not the best cinema complex I have been to. Screen 4 has smudges all down both sides which is quite off putting in light scenes. Also if you look behind the seats there is often a lot of popcorn and other rubbish, particularly the back row of cinema 4. The staff are relatively friendly. Overall, certainly isn't a bad cinema but isn't great either.

Great local movie theater

Untidy, popcorn all over the floor as we entered the cinema and 1.5hrs later it was still there along with other rubbish. Cinema screen 4 has smear marks across the left side.. they are the 2 issues but overall enjoyed the visit

Experience was mostly great, but they had a little kid helping behind the counter with food which is a bit gross to me seeing as kids aren't very sanitary.

Thought the cinemas are small, there are plenty of them so it was good enough. It's also updated unlike the others.

Cinema has changed, menu has expanded, I think its great. Really enjoy going.

Small town cinema so not huge. Still cheap compared to some big city places

Stunned at the price. Two kids and an adult to an M rated movie $36. Receipt didn't make sense. No price displayed anywhere near the ticket line. Very tidy helpful staff. Cinema was clean and fire exits clearly displayed. 20mins of advertisement prior to movie starting.

Great multi complex

Some nights are great other nights staff tend to be quite lazy and the place is left messy , lights are left on during the movie and other really simple stuff.

Great atmosphere and the popcorn is really good too .. bit of a shame that down the sides of the seats are full of popcorn and lollie wrappers ..

Usually good but sometimes it is too too loud (A Star Is Born) "terrible" other times the temperature is crazy. "Cold)

A small and intimate theatre... convenient to while away time whilst waiting for a ferry. Arguably the only cinema in NZ perhaps the world where you will see a live penguin, stingray and gurnard on the way into the cinema.

Nice and chilled cinema

Slow service. Bit chaotic with all three staff behind counter so noone to let people into the cinema before our session started. Cinema 4 has a very grubby screen and needs to be cleaned (big streaks all down the left and right sides). Didn't look like they cleaned after the previous session as the seats were scattered with popcorn.

A bit grotty. Toilets stink. Seats stained. Everything else was pretty good though.

Cinema 2 was crazy hot. Asked for more aircon but no joy.

I am a regular user user and find the service cleanliness and product fine for a small venue. The cost of lollies and stuff is over the top or they would get a 5
