A.My wife locked her keys in the car along with her phone, and we live four hours from Christchurch, so no chance of getting the spare keys. They were there within ten minutes and it only took them 2 minutes to unlock our car. I would totally recommend them because they were quick and easy to deal with. Thank you, Ashley

H.I removed my lock to paint my door. When I put it back on couldn't get it to lock. Matt talked me through what I needed to do and within seconds door was locked and secure. No need for callout. A.Back in 2013 Locked out changed a few of my house locks. It was great they turned up and were able to supply locks and key them - which changed a big bunch of keys into just one key. They worked quickly and the process was smooth.
