I had a leaking shower so I looked up some places. I decided to do this at 5:10pm one evening when everything was closed but I noticed AA Property Enhancements hours were until 9pm so I was able to call. Very helpful! Austin’s follow up text communication was very timely and clear. He arrived when he said he would (the very next day!) Austin was professional and courteous. Thanks, Austin.

Highly recommend Austin. He was easy to contact and completed the job as scheduled. High quality products were used and he notified me when rotten floorboards were exposed and agreed to fix them at the same time. I love the end result

Really happy with the work Austin did for us. He was fast to reply to our initial query, on time for the inspection of the job, able to correctly gauge what our needs were and quoted appropriately with a clear breakdown of what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. We had the opportunity to start earlier and he was able to adapt to this which meant we were able to get our next tenant in faster. We ourselves were busy packing and moving house so he was able to do some extra work that we couldn't do and wasn't originally in the scope and I felt we were charged appropriately for this. We would definitely recommend Austin and would use him again.
