These guys do an outstanding job when it comes to customer service and overall experience. I signed up and moved my stuff in within a couple of hours. The process is slick, and the staff are very helpful. When I had an issue with a credit card payment, I called them and they answered straight away and helped me get it resolved very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for storage.

Storage unit easy to find happy with a security to a point love the free trailer service prices of really reasonable but I find it a bit daunting not being able to get to my storage stuff for 10 hours of a day as opening hours are 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Great location with easy access and plenty of room to park your vehicle and unload/reload your storage unit. The units are well kept, and definitely secure, with lighting at night and security cameras everywhere. They also offer insurance too which was so handy as my insurer was unable to, and everything is reasonably priced. Above all, the staff Sue and Nigel are always a pleasure to deal with, happy to recommend this business to anyone who requires either long or short term storage, A+

We've used All Secure Christchurch for several years now, both while moving houses and living overseas. The facility is immaculate; the storage rooms clean, dry and very easy to access. We have also found the management and staff to be excellent, helping us out when we have needed something over-and-above the ordinary. Absolutely excellent storage facility.

I had to find a storage within 2 days, recently, and despite a informatics issue at All Secure storage at this time, Sue, with her smile and professional knowledge, sorted out for me, so I could get the right storages in time. Sue, kindly, provided me solutions over the month, and has been very friendly, and most of the time reliable. I have also been happy to get a trailer from this place when I needed it. I have gratefully appreciated the services of this company, and can only recommend it to everyone in need to store easily their belongings, even renting a trailer, which are great.

Well planned, controlled and monitored, storage units were nicely kept and felt clean and secure. Happy to know my household contents are in such a nice facility!

I have some of my things in storage here for about 12 months and they are very good price and friendly people. Nigel is very friendly and helpful if you have any problems with storage issues and so is Sue the manager she is superb at dealing with any problems you may have.

We used All Secure in Christchurch to store our campervan on several occasions this year. They were so helpful in organising transfers to and from the airport and also in arranging a repair while we were back home. We would absolutely recommend All Secure for storage in Christchurch. From the start its been nothing but smiles, friendly service and ease of access. after searching all day long on the net for a storage facility (while turning my self away from the expensive ones) i found All Secure on facebook. i took down the ph number and rang them (good to c that they have more than one facility) after a very quick ph call (to gather more info) i made my way to hornby. it only took 10 mins to fill out the paper work required for my 1m x 1m x 1m locker and a small deposit ($40) as well as a free padlock. i was then shown to where my locker is. best Storage facility :-) ps im sure they have free coffie there but i don't drink it so i cant remember

I found that All Secure provided a great service at a reasonable price! The facilities were clean and tidy and very secure as you'd expect! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!
