Tim and his team were very responsive and communicative in dealing with my in wall oven. He turned up on time and gave me excellent advice on what to do. Great communication, and very pleased with the service overall.

These guys have been around a long time...now I know why. Not only was the service from reception to technician very efficient but the tech. also provided preventative maintenance which I was very impressed by.( I was in the industry myself for 25 years so know what its all about) I will definitely be keeping their number.

Simon turned up on time, was fast and efficient and friendly, found the problem and resolved it. I was really happy with the service from the first phone call to book as I was given the time and the price for the call out ahead of time and I agreed to it as I knew exactly what to expect. Would 100% recommend this organisation and would use again. Paid by mobile eftpos at the time, and then got official receipt via email a few days later confirming what was done. I was happy with the price as well, very competitive rate.

I was very impressed from the start in that I was informed regularly by the office staff of the time and availability of the worker to come around. Both workers that came were courteous, friendly very efficient in getting the jobs done.. I would definitely use this service again.

Our washing machine broke. Easy going and friendly service! Communication on price and time was great. Our machine needed a specialty part which had to be ordered in. Even with having to order in the part from Auckland during COVID level 4-3 the time to fix the washing machine and the price charged was VERY reasonable! Our machine works like a dream again! We are in CHCH.

Great communication and very easy to arrange. EFTPOS payment on site made it easy. Reliable experience to draw from and answer all my questions. I felt understood and also like I was getting the best advice for me, rather than being upsold.

Living in Auckland, and without any recommendations for a good appliance service company in Christchurch to repair a customers dishwasher, I contacted Tim Stockman T/As Appliance Servces and asked them if they could liaise with our customer and arrange a time to call and view the dishwasher, which at that stage wasn't working at all. They responded quickly and the serviceman rang me and explained the problem. We gave them the go-ahead to repair the dishwasher and our customer emailed us a few days later and thanked us for organising such a speedy repair. This is a great customer service focused company. They are true professionals in every sense of the word and we would recommend them highly to any other person/s or company who require great service, in a time-sensitive manner. Thank you.

Helpful on the phone and helpful at the business. In the end the fridge that I was going to replace was not working because of a power failure in the plugs at the house so I didn’t actually buy anything today. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future secondhand appliances that I might require.

Called recently had used previously for Parmco repair that I was happy with and dishwasher now out of warranty. Was able to make appointment over phone for time that suited. Unit taken away repaired and returned all for very fair cost. Happy to recommend.

Great service, charged me for an hour where it took slightly longer. Price of element at $142+GST seems rather high though. Perhaps that is what they cost, shipping and handling included. James knew what he was doing, Tim came to the rescue with the correct part. Well done for the effort.

Had the shortest waiting time of all the companies I phoned. My oven turned out to be an unusual make, but Tim knew he could substitute a compatible Fisher and Paykel part which he already had in the van, thus saving me lots of time and money.

Worked a treat for me! It took these guys 48 hours to fix my Bosch washing machine. Friendly and fast service. Would definitely go there next time something breaks down!

I've just had very positive dealings with Tim and the Appliance Services team and am now the proud owner of a second hand new to me dishwasher that works beautifully. Mike here, The guys at appliance services are most obliging. Arrived with a stove door that required a tricky seal to be replaced and it was done on the spot. Great service.

I was very happy with the service - the technician who came and fixed my washing machine did a good job and solved the problem it in no time. He was very helpful answering my questions and also their office staff is very obliging. I also bought a fridge freezer off them and they delivered it the same day as I live close by their shop.

Rang them on the Thursday for a washing machine problem, and the techncian arrived on Friday morning; minimum charge as no parts needed. Excellent service, would use again :)

My frontloader washing machine broke down three weeks before going on our OE. I had organised my sister to house sit and did not want to leave her with a broken machine. My husband is usually great at DIY but we were under a lot of pressure and did not have the time to fix it. I called Tim and he responded promptly. He was very professional and friendly. He had spare parts in his van and replaced the broken water pump straight away. I was so relieved to have the washing machine fixed and one less thing to worry about for our house sitter. I have kept Tim's details for our house sitter if anything else needs repair while we are away and for the future. Thanks Tim!!
